“Marietta was very helpful when I contacted the store regarding an issue I ran into with a seasonal product (gazebo). She connected me to James who went above and beyond. James was super friendly, professional and shared his trouble-shooting knowledge that rectified my issue. I don’t post google reviews but I really needed to with this experience because I was blown away by the level of customer service provided first by Marietta and then by James. I don’t know their last names but the location in St. Albert will surely make sure you are a satisfied customer.”

“Requiring a couple of slices in my living room carpet repaired I went to Carpetlayers Supplies and they gave me good advice. It cost me 3.94$ in material to fix it myself. I called another location and they offered to come fix it for 240$! They're honest and care about customers. Highly recommend.”
“I just received a pair of “Icers” to slip onto my walking shoes. Package arrived a few days after I placed my order. Very good service!!!I took my dog for a walk wearing the Icers…..very, very impressed. I have large feet so hard to find a product that works. Theses stay in place a I am able to walk quite normal. This is your place as it is mine for all the products they have. And the prices are much cheaper. Tools, candle making, hunting area, animal care for pets and livestock. Clothing for everyone. “I find the staff generally helpful, however it is often difficult to find someone, or there just aren't enough staff for the number of customers. A lot of the things people buy from you require some assistance and you're often not staffed appropriately.I also find that the organization of the store (Edmonton West) is not the greatest and always seems to be in flux. Everything moves around so much there. It can be frustrating.”
“I have been shopping and receiving excellent customer service from many dedicated, hard working , talented and willing to walk extra miles daily from the the following associates from different departments, these associates are providing superb service to builders, contractors, tradesmen, individuals with creative solutions if asked. These associates are not there to get their pay checks, I am sure all those who shop at this location recognize this. The managers, frontline workers, cashiers, drivers, staff in all departments will say it is their job, they like serving us, yet, I say they are doing more without expectation. The following associates: Holly in flooring has been helping me for years with invaluable information, helped me to make wise choices to complete my various projects over the years ( from 2008 to now), Candace, front desk helped me to find my way around, Candace answered all my questions with empathy. Earl, Morley very knowledgeable, talented man of many creative ideas, Inessa very gifted in lawns, plants, flowers, soils and more... seasonal, Tim in, gazebos, , Dean, Michael ( very hardworking and loyal delivery driver) some I know their faces, not their names, a hardworking group of like minded people with different skill sets working together as a close knit family at this home depot located on 6725-104 street, store # 7117.I am sure all other home depots in this city are providing quality service to Edmontonians who are doing their projects with joy. “There was a leak in my bathroom sink. I’m not a plumber and I was hesitant to call a plumber. I went to Home Depot on Calgary Trail and a rep named Dwayne asked me to describe the problem. He then suggested an inexpensive fix and walked me through what I needed to do. I bought what he suggested and with minutes I fixed the leak. Thank you Dwayne”
“Thanks to Beatrice for being nice though I decided not to purchase the interior door. I could have gotten a bad look from other stores if I did that. Also thanks to that 6-foot-6 staff guy with the long curly hair. He was extremely helpful. These two staff made my visit to this store so great. I could have given 5 stars but there’s one staff guy who got some attitude and just left me after a request to inspect the item thoroughly. Obviously not wanting to do an extra mile unlike Beatrice and the 6 footer guy.”
“A 20 year old cabinet door hinge failed and I sought a replacement.The inside sales guy was amazingly helpful, even though they did not carry the original manufacturer hinges.He pulled out multiple shop manuals and mock ups to identify the correct replacement hinge and fasteners based on the odd ball configuration.I left with 4 sets of their hinges installed easily. Great product with cam adjustable screws.Amazing customer service.”

“Service here was excellent, even when I was stumbling to describe what I was looking for. Staff went from aisle to aisle with me as I got what I needed.When they noticed I was starting to limp more and more, they offered me a chair as they went and got the lumber. They loaded in truck for me also.I was picking up quite a few items and never noticed the time, it was closing time, but they never rushed me, or mentioned it. It wasn't until I was at till I realised. And yes they still helped load truck. That is Super Respectful ,Helpful and Courteous Staff.Store was clean, well stocked and organised.Bathroom was clean. Parking is easy , with handicap spots available.”
