“We loved our stay at the Cambria Hotel Phoenix Chandler – Fashion Center. The location is ideal, right next to Chandler Fashion Center with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby. The Front Desk service was great. Jacob checked us in with a smile and even asked what our floor preference was! Our room was spacious, modern, and SPOTLESS and had GREAT AIR CONDITIONING! Our room had a microwave, mini-fridge and Keurig coffee maker. The walk-in shower was large and had great water pressure. There were ample, well-placed outlets in both the bedroom and bathroom. We had a great, peaceful night’s sleep!
The FITNESS CENTER is the hidden gem and was clearly designed by someone who works out. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a solid workout and even had a rope pull! It was spacious, well maintained and properly sanitized. The outdoor POOL was beautiful, clean, and perfect for cooling off in the Arizona sun. And the patio had plenty of seating to enjoy a cocktail and sunset.
The Social Circle RESTAURANT & BAR, located in the lobby, was both convenient and well-priced. They offer Breakfast, Dinner and Cocktails. Our Old Fashioned and Summer Strawberry Mint Spritzer were EXCELLENT and a great to start our meal. We had the Grilled Chicken and Vegetables and Southwestern Salad with Grilled Chicken. Both were WONDERFUL and we loved having a clean meal with a huge portion of protein.
For dessert, we shared the Warm Chocolate Brownie and Ice Cream and Caramel Chocolate drizzle. It was a delicious treat to top off a great meal. In the morning we had the Yogurt Parfait, Oatmeal and Farm Breakfast. All had
hearty portions and were a great value. Other menu options looked great too and folks at the next table let me snap photos of their meal!
This hotel is a great choice whether you’re visiting Chandler for business or leisure. If you’re looking for a convenient, stylish hotel near Chandler Fashion Center, the Cambria is an excellent option.

There is ample, free parking. Fast, free WiFi, a guest laundry and a business center. It’s a quiet property and easy to have zoom calls. Social Circle offers great, clean eating menu for a quick meal before or after work. This is one of the best hotels in Chandler, AZ we’ve experienced! “Room was dirty. The kitchenette cabinets need wiped down. The bugs and dirt need to be swept out from beside the fridge. Only one elevator was working. I reserved an accessible room. I got a regular one. This is disappointing in many ways. When I addressed the issues in the morning the front desk lady was very apologetic.”

“We stayed at the Residence Inn in Chandler/Phoenix for an extended stay. We really enjoyed staying here. The staff and the rooms were awesome. We had a room with a water view. The pond/lake had ducks and carp and all types of birds around it. I enjoyed walking along the lake in the mornings and evenings as I had ability. Also, when the weather was nice they opened large sliding glass doors by the breakfast area which lead out to the water area and it brought the beautiful outdoor area into one continuous area with the breakfast/seating area. The breakfast was above average. They had a waffle maker, oatmeal with toppings, a juice bar, yogurt, eggs, quiches, pork and turkey sausages, toast, bagels, english muffins, bacon (at times), and biscuits and gravy (at times). The rooms were spacious with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. It was definitely one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at. Also, Abbie the assistant GM went above and beyond to help us. She made sure we were able to keep our room when we had to extend our stay and let us know we would be refunded for certain taxes because our stay extended past 30 days. We didn't even know that was the case and we felt really taken care of because she was thoughtful and great at her job and made sure she let us know we would get a refund for those taxes which totaled over $300. Abbie was just awesome anytime we needed anything. Super smart and truly great at her job. Chris who is also a general manager there also was so kind and helpful. He helped facilitate us extending our stay more than once without having to change rooms. He went out of his way to make our stay go smoothly. Anytime I needed anything he gladly grabbed it for me, like kitchen towels or a print out of the bill in the middle of the stay. I do believe he was an integral part of us deciding to stay for almost 2 months at this hotel. He is a great guy and definitely helps to make guests happy and want to stay longer. Chris and Abbie are a great team and the biggest reason imo why the staff here is so great. They are just nice people to interact with. Also, Natalia at the front desk was wonderful too. She always went out of her way to help guests. She even moved her own car three times one night so guests could park in her spot during a time when the parking lot was impacted. Plus, she made sure to get me a can opener when I couldn't find one in my room. There's a lot of front desk staff that I didn't get their names but they were all friendly and helpful in my experience. The cleaning staff was friendly and always smiled and greeted us. I would definitely recommend this hotel. They were wonderful to us. We felt comfortable and happy staying there for almost two months.”

“This hotel recently changed over from Residence Inn to a Sonesta Select so there were a few small adjustments still being made but overall the property is very, very nice. What sets it appart however, is the service! Ro and Chantelle in reception, Matt in maintenance, and Jaye in the breakfast bar all were AMAZING! These people were so professional and genuinely interested in making my stay the best it could be. Caring, kind, gracious and so personable...all come to mind when I think of how I was treated. Sure the hotel is nice and very clean but the people and the service are top tier and very rare these days. Love, love, love thos place!”
“We enjoy coming down to oldtown Chandler, grab a bite to eat and listen to the live music. This Best Western is a perfect location, very close to Old Town. We have stayed here before, the rooms are great, comfortable and spacious, and there are coffee makers, refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms. “I stayed at this location while visiting for work. The work location is almost 45 minutes south of this place. I visited in September 2025 and there is renovation going on at the hotel. The breakfast area and the main lobby is under construction. Breakfast is served in the conference room. The room was clean. I would suggest the breakfast time to start at 6:00 a.m. instead of 6:30 a.m..”
“Great 5-night stay at The Aloha Hotel! Clean, spacious room with a comfy queen bed and a stylish, modern bathroom. Loved the full-glass shower, and the kitchen had all the basics. Quiet spot, close to downtown Chandler. The pool was a bonus, and Elliot was super helpful and responsive. Made all the difference- greatly appreciated! Would absolutely stay again!

“This motel is great. We've been here for a few months now & plan on staying for a while. Ms Linda is so wonderful & makes it her mission to make sure that everyone feels safe and happy. She does not mess around. If you're shady, you're out! The two gentlemen that work the front desk are very personable and accommodating. They are so friendly. I would recommend this motel to anyone! Yes, the rooms are small. But they are cozy. And you get all the amenities that you need. The rooms are complete with a mini stove, fridge & microwave. I've only had a couple issues with my room, but Miss Linda was quick to rectify it. Motel 6 has nothing on this Gem! The only negative I suppose would be that they don't have an ice maker or a pool. But everything else is worth it. Plus, there is a circle k & Food City nearby so you can buy some ice and store it in your freezer.”
