“I came in with 2 issues with my iPhone and Nickole at the AT&T store on Elliot/Alma helped me as much as she could. She was able to help me with a number that wasn’t working and for the other problem she tried hard to solve it. In the end it was an Apple problem, so off to the mall I go. But in a day when so few young people have decent customer service skills, Nickole was great! She was patient and friendly and helpful. A lovely young woman and AT&T is lucky to have her.”

She helped me switch over and went above and beyond to help get me set up switch my data over and helped me get a phone set up for my kid and helped with recommendations on apps for parental controls she was the only one In the store she had a heavy flow of customers with some complicated issues and managed it all with great patience! She was knowledgeable and an overall pleasure! She’s doing an amazing job as a manager!”

“The young lady working in the evening (around 6 pm) on 1/28/23 was absolutely excellent in regards to customer service. There were technical issues and she managed the situation very professionally, alerting me to issues and her next steps along the way. She was also concurrently managing another, somewhat difficult situation. Both of us were a customer service challenge to say the least. She attended to us both and appeared completely in control. I’d say she’s well beyond her years in her social-professional talent. BTW…this is one of very few times I have provided any feedback. So impressive! To be clear, I have been in the same store multiple times since it opened due to location, and while it’s been “okay” I have come to expect a disengagement regarding actual service. More often it seems I’m just another problem they are forced to deal with-not all but most of the time.”

“I went to this TMOBILE to buy a new phone. The person who helped me, Ali, was exceptional. I had many questions and he answered them all in a way that I could understand. I ended up buying a new phone and all the accessories that I would need. As I was waiting for Ali to acquire all of my new purchases, I spoke with the Manager, Raiden, about TMOBILE home internet services. He was very helpful and explained the service. I will be going back to them for all of my phone and internet services.”

“I went in to get some help migrating my number from an old phone to one recently purchased and was having trouble doing it on line. There was only one young woman working, but she was so helpful, kind and supportive and was able to solve the problem rather quickly and adroitly, I think all in all it took less than 10 minutes to resolve this issue, awesome support!”
“I came in a few days ago with a question about my phone not operating correctly after porting over to T-Mobil from Verizon. It ended up not being a porting issue, instead something with the VPN that wasn't allowing me to connect to WIFI or use my data.I apologizes I do not remember the gentlemen's name, but he was VERY tall (can't miss him), but he was super helpful and found out pretty quickly that was the issue. I felt unsure about going in because I wasn't purchasing anything but that didn't stop him from amazing customer service and reassuring me in my switch from Verizon to T-Mobil.”
“Ordered skin online only to find out the location for this business is near me, so i ended up wanting to stop by the physical location. Confirmed with the employee and he said it would be fine. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.I went for the clear iPhone 12 mini skin. I stopped by and he had my skin installed in less than 20 minutes, he explained to me how the warranty works, how to take care of it etc. Employee was very professional and clean with his work. Skin itself is very high quality, i was able to look at samples of the other skins that are offered and the quality is very high end. I’m really happy with both, my online shopping experience and my in person experience. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!”

“I received great service from this store, especially from Carlos H.
I ordered a phone last evening online to pick up at this store. They closed at 8pm & I arrived around 7:40pm. I know what it's like to work retail & still have customers in the store & possibly making employees work past closing time. Even though there was 3-4 customers still being helped or waiting, Carlos and the other guys still managed to multi-task and get everyone taken care of. I was having my number transfered but knew that I needed some info to do it and Carlos asked if I didn't mind coming back to do that. I knew I arrived late so I didn't mind at all. I was planning to go back anyway to purchase some accessories. But I truly believe that if I asked him to do it, he would have. He explained the important things I needed to know for the new phone, got it turned on and asked if I had questions. This took approx 5-10 min and I was done! Carlos gave good customer service, was humorous but still exemplified professionalism.”
“After being with 2 other similar companies my wife and I decided to switch to Verizon and also have their credit card. It's a difference between day and night! With other companies trying high pressure tactics and employees who didn't know their job, we are completely satisfied with Verizon. Being in business for over 50 years myself, I could see how Verizon employees are better trained and make the customer know what they are buying. Congrats to Verizon! :)”

“I was in the middle of a long road trip from California to Denver when my iphone's battery suddenly wasn't holding a charge anymore. I was able to make a quick repair appointment here and got my battery replaced within an hour and for a fair price. They saved me from being without my phone that I needed to keep in touch with family and for maps. Thank you.”
“Great selection of phone cases and high quality (real) glass screen protectors. Not only that but probably some of the best customer service, and best people I’ve encountered while shopping at mall kiosks. $20 may sound expensive for a screen protector, but don’t be fooled. These are real glass and scratch proof as well, which I do highly recommend. Cheers iPlay!”
