“I love coming here on Thursdays for their $3 coffee special and I was having a rough morning so I decided to stop by. The cashier was very friendly and helpful in selecting a good drink for the day and the barista took their time not only making the drink but drawing the cutest lil gingerbread man on the cup. “For drink options, this is the place. Multiple ice flavors. Coffee pots in use, old school classic methodology of serving coffee RIGHT! Powder and liquid creamers at no extra cost. Soda pop, tea, and juice available. Free use of microwave for anyone, with no obligation to buy anything (a must for our hard working construction people amongst others). A public bathroom, mostly clean, and a sink out in the open. The grill items can be made very quickly and employees will make them on request. This store's parking lot, gas stations, and surroundings are immaculate! This is my convenience store and I choose 7-11 over the other guys EVERY TIME.”

“A week ago, I had a bad coffee experience at this QuikTrip and left pretty disappointed. When I came back a week later, I mentioned what happened to Stephanie, the manager. She didn’t hesitate for a second — she stepped in and completely turned things around.
Even though it wasn’t from that day, Stephanie treated my concern like it mattered. She apologized, made sure my coffee was perfect this time, and went out of her way to make me feel taken care of. That kind of follow-through and customer service is rare these days.
Because of her professionalism and genuine attitude, what was originally a negative experience turned into a reminder of why QT is known for great service. Huge shoutout to Stephanie for making things right and making customers feel valued.

“I currently don't use the pharmacy, and I haven't been to the Village Medical clinic, so I'm covering the rest of the store. As far as that is concerned, it's pretty good. Like its CVS rival, Walgreens has highway-robbery prices on a majority of items; but I guess that's the price I pay for the convenience (no pun intended). However, there are still good sales to be found, especially on laundry products, certain personal care items, and trail mixes/nuts. And if you get lucky, you can score some pretty great clearance deals at Walgreens. A vast majority of my interactions with employees at this location have been positive, so I can say that the customer service has been good here. In typical Walgreens tradition, this store is very clean and brightly lit inside. However, the parking lot is dark at night and could use brighter lighting. Overall, it's a pretty good drugstore and far better than any CVS location that I've been to.”

“This is a long overdue review, but I had a beyond amazing experience at this location right before Thanksgiving 2025. We went in hoping to find the Vanilla Cider by Locust and oh my goodness - the selection!! This is hands-down the best selection of craft beer that I have seen in the state of Arizona in years. These two gentlemen take a lot pride (and are humble about it!) in the craft beer that they carry and they should - they carry the CBS by Founders for crying aloud! haha Thank you again to these gentleman and looking forward to my next visit next time I am in AZ - Cheers!”

We were having a friendly conversation about a mutual interest, when the older associate unexpectedly and unnecessarily exclaimed, “Can you be quiet!? I’m trying to hear my customer!”. If we had been talking above a reasonable level I wouldn’t have posted this review, but we were not. It seemed a bit “Karen/Ken” for my taste. Sir, change your depends and remember to hydrate with your recommended daily amount of Metamucil. And for the love of Christ, 2020 is bad enough without constant overreacting.”

Since this listing implies the car wash is open when it’s not, I arrived around 6:30 AM. No attendant was there. But, eager to expedite the transaction, Andrew soon rushed over. I hadn’t even been the first there that day. He said the car wash opens at 7 AM, when the main attendant would be there, and he had already helped a customer.
Andrew seemed to put a little more time than most into the initial rinse. Before I drove away, not thinking to check first, I asked about spots on the sunroof. He asked if they were on the inside, and they were. So, he ran to get a cloth, more fully dried a few windows, and handed me the damp cloth so I could touch up the sunroof.
From start to finish, Andrew was the most genuine, dedicated, and serviceable I’ve ever seen in his role, not to mention many others! Andrew exemplifies his word, going above and beyond.
Otherwise, I usually do the basic but this time I did the second level. The result was more thorough than the last time I did this level at another car wash.
Although I don’t yet know how the main attendant at this car wash compares to Andrew, I know where I’m returning to, eager to see how it goes.”
