Both Louisa and Siya gave us great tips and knowledge when we were unsure of certain things for our furbabies. They really give you insights and their knowledge on each issue or concern you may come across. They never made us feel like we were a burden, asking them what we may have felt was stupid(and it wasn't. We just felt bad for not knowing! No question is stupid! It's okay to not know a lot of these things!!) They were very welcoming and answered all the questions we had! And they really took their time to answer our questions and concerns! Nothing ever felt rushed! Even on days we're we go for short visits, they welcome you with warm smile! We are very grateful to them!! ❤️??
Both Orion and Grizz recognize the store so fast that they whine while we try to park! It is their favorite pet store to go to! And they both love Louisa and Siya. (Cause they know acting cute gets them more treats! ???)
It is a great place to have our little fur babies meet other doggies! And they always feel at ease when they go and visit (they know mommy will buy them all the snack ??)

10151 No. 3 Rd #117, Richmondour golden doodle got into some fire sticks(I believe that is what they are called) ? those cactus like plants that are new to the area since i’ve been here last, she only made contact for a second with this bush at the No 3 rd dyke park (i didn’t even know they grow down here now, I know they grow in the interior, but apparently they’re here now too) and she had cactus flowers imbedded into her hair (double coated dog too) and we had no scissors we could tell she was in pain as she yelped when she barley touched it looking for her ball and ran to us. At first I thought it was stinging nettle but nope. The women at Tisol on august 25 2024 helped us get it out of her ear and saved us so much money on a vet bill. They only charged us for the scissors, they were so good with her, giving her treats, keeping her calm , they really knew what what they were doing. Both women saved us a huge vet bill as I had no idea what to do. My mom has always said this location is amazing and the staff are incredible and man were they helpful and amazing today! I highly recommend them, and we will be buying all of her food while we’re in town from here. great staff , great business !! They made my baby feel safe, they are highly knowledgeable, and gently took care of her and she was back to being happy as a clam after they cut out all the cactus plants stuck to her ear hair. I was just going in there to ask what to do and purchase scissors and they took over and helped us so much, i’ll forever be thankful to the two woman working there! They completely went above and beyond!

They gave her such a lovely haircut and she smelt AMAZING. She was like a toy! Her fur was so soft and they'd really taken care of her.
Have never gone anywhere else ever since. Little pricier than other places, but worth it!
I've moved areas now but I drive all the way back just for this place. Worth it ?

They were even able to make time to provide advice over the phone when we had spontaneous questions about her healthcare, which is really amazing and allowed us to make more informed decisions. Everyone we met with have been very patient and kind and we truly appreciate the care they showed.

Hence, I have many experiences seeing different vets for the last 24 years. Fortunately We were recommended by one of our dog’s training classmates about 9 years ago to Dr Chaudhry, we had been staying with Dr Chaudhry since then. He is the only vet we would go to for our family pets and we also recommend him to many of our canine training schoolmates as well. Unlike many other vets which we had tried before, Dr Chaudhry is very caring, skillful and knowledgable. To us, our pets are our family, we love them like they are our kids and we would only provide them with the best we can. We always get very informative advises from Dr Chaudhry and we feel his love & caring to our pets. His pricing is very reasonable as well. But to be honest, I would definitely choose a vet with care & love for my pets over prices. I would not want someone who just wants to make money but do not care if my pets are suffering or not. I have seen many others are like that, but Dr Chaudhry is def not one of those. We are lucky that we have finally found the one vet who actually cares and skillful! Thanks so much Dr Chaudhry!

7080 River Rd #202, RichmondThis is a Japanese owned pasta restaurant I heard for long but I was hesitated to try because people said the dishes were pricy. However, I also heard about people giving very comments about this restaurant so I decided to go with a friend for lunch. This restaurant locates at the end of the river road in Richmond. If you are driving, you cannot get in there via Gilbert Road. You must go there from Cambie Road. There are plenty of packing lots and some stairs to climb, it may be slightly inconvenient to go there by public transport. I ordered the Mentaiko carbonara and a cup of latte. Without waiting for so long, they served the foods. Looking at the scope of mentaiko on the top, it was satisfying. Usually the mentaiko carbonara I had in other restaurants are mixed with the sauce and small portion. So I could taste the mentaiko in my every bite. The carbonara was saucy and the spaghetti was al dente. It was enjoyable and delicious. The latte was served in a small cup and probably prepared by a coffee machine. The size was small and foamy. I'd prefer a larger cup. The biscuit was crunchy, as a good companion to the latte. We were sitting by the window on the high chairs. A nice view of the shore could be seen. The price was slightly more expensive than a similar restaurant but I would say the quality makes it worthy. Worth mentioning they offer lucky wheel game so you can possibly get a 20% discount for the next meal. That can be a good deal for a family.
