I'd like to share some feedback from our recent stay as Fairmont Gold guests.
During a visit to the Cabana, our drink orders were mixed up. I mentioned it to the team as a heads-up, and the response was excellent. Assistant Restaurant Manager, reached out promptly with a sincere apology and invited us back. That evening we visited the Mallard Lounge, where our server looked after us wonderfully.
I especially want to recognize David at the Fairmont Gold reception desk. He was professional and attentive throughout, and he turned what could have been a bad experience into a positive one.
We stay with Fairmont Gold twice a year, and experiences like this are why we keep coming back. Thank you to everyone involved, and we look forward to our next visit.

Whistler Animals Galore Society - WAG
8014 Nesters Rd, WhistlerWe've adopted two pups from WAG. The first was back in 2011 and she was a beautuful part of our family for 13 years. We brought home another wonderful puppy in July 2026 and she is such a sweet girl. The staff and volunteers at WAG are so amazing with their dedication to finding loving homes for animals that might not have a chance otherwise.
