“My car was hit, and they didn’t leave a note. It was $5000 worth of damage, so I had to go through my insurance. My insurance gave me a list of places to choose, and I’m so freaking grateful I chose fix auto on Folsom. Everyone was funny, empathetic, nice, and kind. They helped me find a week that I could handle losing the car. They helped me and identifying rental car options, and they kept me posted all week on the progress. The car looks flipping fantastic, and I’m wildly impressed with all the work they did. I cannot thank them enough, because if I had to go through such a crummy experience, they at least made it bearable. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. Absolutely go here if you want someone that will be honest and listen to your problems.

“We went on the 3-hour tour and it was so worth it! You almost feel famous as you’re driving and occasionally someone takes your picture. Also, it started raining right as we drove out, and the staff was super helpful/patient when we requested accommodations. If you want a quick tour of San Francisco where you can really immerse yourself in the bright colors and sweet smells (rather than sitting on a bus), this is the activity to do.”

“Even though Doherty's doesn't take web reservations, it's always easy to do by phone, and the service is quick on the phone and in person. The trucks I rented here were all in very good condition, clean, and easy to operate. The cost can be slightly more than some discount rentals, but driving Doherty's feels much safer.”

“Full 5 stars - after I picked up my car in Salt Lake City, the check engine light and oil service came after a good 500km. I was immediately offered a new vehicle from the same category - but when I drove out I noticed a crack in the window - so I complained again. Without any ifs or buts, I was immediately offered another new vehicle in a higher category - almost new and with demonstrably fresh service. Thanks to the man at the counter (Spanish name?) who sorted this out in such a friendly and completely uncomplicated manner”

“Was in the mist of a difficult time and had a wonderful experience with Enterprise Rental Company. I ended up keeping the rental for a month and the whole time Zipeng Chen (branch manager) at the Embarcadero location in Oakland CA location was very pleasant...attentive to my needs...had to extend the rental a few times...just an all around wonderful person with great people skills. My rental experience...just perfect and I look forward to renting in the future should it be a need or want. I really appreciate the service Enterprise has the ability to pick up rental customers for the rental and drop you off after the rental...the driver was equally pleasant... with great people skills as well as great driving skills. They were both perfect!!! Thanks Enterprise!”

“Rented from them recently (summer 2024). I booked late (12 hours prior to rental) for a last minute trip to San Jose, and they accommodated me the best they could. I asked for a compact size sedan, but due to low stock that day and some cars with lingering cigarette smell inside, the service rep Tony was kind enough to offer me a clean truck to keep me from more waiting. Tony was very friendly. I would recommend renting from here and will do it again.”

“B&W has a perfect location for convenience in the city (SF). Follow their instructions and you’ll see that they’re easy to find and it’s easy to arrange Uber rides if you need them before or after the rental. The reservation process was simple and reasonable. The drop off was flexible and quick and also easy. Jhoie was responsive, friendly, fast, and positive. The valet crew and other staff were super helpful and patient. Best of all, we thoroughly enjoyed our Jeep Sahara with its retractable roof and its improved comfort without losing the fun feel of being a jeep. They have all kinds of rental options. Customer service and the paperwork was all superb!”

“Rented an amazing Jeep Wagoneer to take 7 of us up to Sonoma. Pick up and drop off was very fast and efficient. Location is in an area known for homelessness. I’m from a city so doesn’t bother me and I walked to and from location from my hotel without any issue. You could always taxi there if it concerns you.”

“Top car rental. I went spontaneously at 8:10 a.m. and they still had cars available. The employee was super nice and explained everything to me clearly. What sets the company apart from others is that you can return the car until 11 p.m. This was not possible with all other providers. The car worked perfectly. There are a few scratches and dents on the outside, but that's not a big deal.”
“I walked in in a weekday just after the place open, but still need to wait for a long queue. it'll be much quicker if you place an appointment and arrange everything through internet. Then only basic license check needed there. It's a not big garage compared to airports rental center, but I got an American Muscle there Dodge Challenger. This beginning lighted on my West Coast road trip.”

“Thought I had to swap cars with a front tire with low pressure this morning.
Location didn’t have enough cars to swap, but offered to refill the tire air with their compressor and said to monitor. Should I see a low tire alert again suggested a few locations in the direction I’m headed.
White glove treatment for someone who didn’t even rent from this location. I appreciate them especially in the name of safety going that extra mile to make sure I was okay. Thank you!”
