“I came to yelp looking for business hours and I see this place only has 3 stars. I've been coming here for years. Not often, grant you, but I would say at least 1-2 times a year and they have always had the best customer service. I do mail so rarely they have to explain everything to me and they do so without annoyance or frustration at my probably stupid questions. They treat my kids really nice. And never once has any of my mail/packages ever gone astray. Can't think of why they would have poor overall reviews so I'm adding my 2cents here.”

“I was there before opening, the counter agent was professional and opened on time. The process was painless (well almost, 5 boxes weighing 5-7 lbs = $306) But had an early flight to catch and this store was the only one open early and close to the airport. Appreciate that!!”

“I’d rate this as a 5 given Savanna’s competency, however the experience dealing with other employees prevents that.
Savanna is more than patient and extremely helpful. She is great at her job and I was ready to cancel my box but her customer service brought me back from the edge.

“I read the reviews and was hesitant, but I was very pleased with the service. My hazmat appt was scheduled for tuesday but I was in the area and stopped to see if could do it a day earlier, they were more then accommodating. There were two people in front of me but they still worked me in and by time my turn came was quick.”

“Been coming here for about two years now and use them for sending packages out, notarizing and holding packages so they don’t get stolen from my doorstep while I’m away. I use them probably 1-2 times a month and have never had a qualm. Parking is kind of tight and can be a pain sometimes but it’s not a deal breaker.”
“The associate “employee # 362309” is amazing, he was the only one working, helping everyone, efficient, multitasking, very friendly, kind, fast, very knowledgeable!
I have 20 plus years of customer service experience in high end retail stores and this is what a great employee does! He deserves a raise and promotion!!!!!!”
“This is my preferred UPS location! I own a small business and I’m really picky about where I take my packages. Everyone here is friendly and professional and I’ve never had a bad experience! They are also very patient and helpful and try to assist customers as quickly as they can without any rudeness or rushing. I go to this location almost every single day and have seen them interact with a multitude of customers. I highly commend everyone who works at this location and want to thank them for their extra-mile service!”

“Not the best UPS location around the area. The one a couple miles up north next to Whole Foods. It’s probably the best UPS location after trying all of them I could say this one is in the middle customer service needs a little bit of work but overall I have had a good experience this nevertheless I the times that I have been there has been fast and quick service not as busy as other locations as well. However, parking sometimes can be difficult to find as there are many different shops in the area.”
“Deseree is really awesome, I was In here today for a routine Mail retrieved, and needed to forward my mail. Not only did she exceed expectations, and totally rem I and me what real customer service looks like, I forgot my mail. And she called me to catch me before I got to far. Luckily I was up the street. A.d was able to come get my mail, In which was very important Mail.. if she didn't call me, I would've been in a serious situation. Thank you soooooo much Deseree. “Shout out to T! Without him this place would be TRASH! I had to come to this place from la for the past three days and being rejected because they “couldn’t” find my package, But that changed when T actually looked up the order number and went to the back and found it somewhere but anyway made my day! Without him this place would definitely be out of order and disorganized. He put that store back together by himself! Definitely come back just for him! Such an icon! Thank you T!!!”

Chloe assisted me with the package, and patiently she attended me for the whole time.
It was busy during the time I was there.
