“I came to yelp looking for business hours and I see this place only has 3 stars. I've been coming here for years. Not often, grant you, but I would say at least 1-2 times a year and they have always had the best customer service. I do mail so rarely they have to explain everything to me and they do so without annoyance or frustration at my probably stupid questions. They treat my kids really nice. And never once has any of my mail/packages ever gone astray. Can't think of why they would have poor overall reviews so I'm adding my 2cents here.”

6939 Schaefer Avenue Ste D, Chino CA 91710
“I love this UPS Store. The staff is friendly and helpful, service is always quick and thorough. The reason for the 4/5 stars is that there is a really strong scent, probably some essential oil, that overwhelmingly greets you when you go in. I am allergic to it. So, if they don't take that out, I will have to go elsewhere. It never smelled bad before, I'm not sure why they felt the need to do this. Please go back to an unscented shop. Please.”

“This UPS location is unprofessional and doesn't deserve a franchise. My 3 experiences with them have been frustrating and time consuming the new management is clueless rude and embarrassing. I came pick up my 4 paid packages and Brianna the new manager stated that packages needed to be paid for and I couldn't take them then mentioned she would return the perishable goods back to sender If I didn't pay an additional 20.00 a box times 4 or 80 dolls. In front of line of customers she told me to not touch the boxes and mentioned the owners were out of the country and couldn't be reached to solve the problem. Then she pulled one box on counter to scan it and found there was no additional charge after all now shes red faced an embarrassed from being wrong and making a big deal in front my self and other guest. I asked for her full name she refused. This location lacks communication and procedure skills. BTW I hardly ever write a bad review. The UPS address 154 Foothill Blvd Upland Ca. Owner please train your staff on customer service.Im looking for new carrier and location.”

4200 Chino Hills Parkway Ste 135, Chino Hills CA 91709
“i’m surprised by the negative reviews. I’ve always encountered friendly, professional service at this location. It’s not the only one I use, and I’ve noticed that other UPS shos also charge for tape, which seems to be a common complaint, judging by the reviews. There are also plenty of complaints regarding Amazon returns-people buy too much junk from them anyway.”

5120 Hamner Ave Ste 140, Eastvale CA 91752
“This is my preferred UPS location! I own a small business and I’m really picky about where I take my packages. Everyone here is friendly and professional and I’ve never had a bad experience! They are also very patient and helpful and try to assist customers as quickly as they can without any rudeness or rushing. I go to this location almost every single day and have seen them interact with a multitude of customers. I highly commend everyone who works at this location and want to thank them for their extra-mile service!”

“I had a great experience at this UPS Store and wanted to share it, especially since I noticed some of the reviews here are negative. Just before coming to this location, I went to a different UPS Store where they laminated my document, but unfortunately the text came out blurry and hard to read. I decided to try this location instead, and I’m so glad I did. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly attentive and professional. He made sure I was completely happy with the print quality before laminating it, and he asked thoughtful questions along the way to ensure everything was exactly how I wanted it. That level of care really stood out to me. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. He truly went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend this location to others.”
