3921 Broadway, American CanyonFilipino owned! Their adobo pork sandwich hit so hard. Flaky croissant with tender pork that was slightly sweet. The ube croissant was not as flaky but filled with ube cream. Contrary to how it looks, it was not too sweet! On the other hand, the ham and cheese croissant was flaky but too salty for my taste. The ube matcha latte looked..not so cute BUT the taste was definitely there. Strong matcha flavor sweetened with ube syrup/cream. The spot has some seating but most people seem to just come in and out for a quick pickup. Lots of movement inside! Staff were super kind. The spot was pretty busy around 8am on a Saturday.
