1895 Broadway, VallejoThis location is right up the street from me and whenever I need propane for my RV it’s super convenient to just take one of my portable tanks in to exchange or even just have them fill up the actual tank on the RV if I make it in within an hour of their closing time. I also have taken my dog to the groomer there once and they did a good job and I went there just the other day and bought my dog a new harness as well. Love supporting a local business definitely recommend!

My dog unexpectedly had a seizure while being groomed, despite having no history of seizures.They immediately contacted me and took him to the vet. The manager was very apologetic, explained what happened, stayed through my dog’s examination, and checked on him afterward. I’m very grateful for how quickly and responsibly the PetSmart team responded. Their attentiveness and concern for my dog's safety during such a scary situation meant a lot to me.

Saw my cat, did a little surgery to his front leg, he healed and was so much happier as was I in finding this gem of a place hidden in Vallejo. It was a cold call, first place I called and they found me an appointment and all was great. For sure coming back with my other cat now. Love this place.

I use them for maintenance care (if there is an emergency or urgent issue, I go to Sage). Each pup received great care. My current dogs have two different personalities when it comes to vet care. One has severe anxiety that is being worked on, yet they still love on Gideon (muzzle, Gabapenten and all). Hannah strolls in, no issues, and gets the same love and care. When my last pup required emergency care, Redwood called every morning after the appointment to check on us. They provide great value for their prices. Not once did they try to upsell me on care I didn't need for my pups. I am always given options and enough information to make a decision.

My dog between last year and this year has finally been called a senior which is so scary for me but he still acts like he’s two years old even though he’s 11 years old now. You treated him with care when it came to a shots. You were loving through the whole process this last time I visited.

When picked him up Nicari had him groomed and smelling like a Million Dollars. Wish she was closer to us! Best part they do not crate them unless asked. They let my puppy cuddle with them at night in bed. Was nice to know he was somewhere nice and being treated just the way he would be at home.

We were fortunate to have her privately train our five month old Australian Cattle Dog and she got her off to a great start. This breed is highly intelligent and notoriously strong willed as they are working dogs and need to be focused and motivated. One of the things we liked about Kim immediately was her firm command of our puppy and her emphasis on making all our work with her fun for the dog and us. Kim's lessons have been built on and Tilly at almost nine months has absorbed that base and brings us happiness. I am sure there are many great trainers out there and I know that Kim's skill is much deeper and larger than we have been able to use so far. What is important to know is that she is a trainer who brings kindness and joy to her work.
