We stopped in to use the self-service dog wash and pick up food for our golden retriever, and Kaitlyn could not have been nicer or more helpful. She walked us through the wash station, made everything easy, and then helped us find exactly the foods we needed. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed happy to help. Great store, great setup, and exceptional customer service from Kaitlyn. We’ll definitely be back whenever we’re in Napa!

My son had to find a place quickly as he couldn't take our puppy as he doesn't have any yard space and is renting with others in the city. Paul, the gentleman we dealt with, takes care of all the dogs. He is wonderful. Our dig had a great time. We've been back and she loved it!!

It was my birthday and I returned home to care for my dog after my daughter called me and explained what was happening. The urgent care veterinarians in town were closed already for the day. I thought we'd have to take our dog out of town for emergency care which I was not looking forward to. My dog is very anxious in the car and this was going to be another added stressor. I decided to call Animal Kingdom's office even though I did not think the office was open or I'd have any luck. They called me back right away and when I explained my situation, they kindly agreed to see my dog. He received excellent care. Dr. Cornejo was kind and thorough. Her husband also assists her in her practice and he has a good sense of humor. He cracked a few jokes while I waited for my dog which took the edge off. I can't thank them enough for helping our family and dog during this time!

We especially enjoyed the reds, our favorites were 2019 Healy Cab Sauvignon and the Stagecoach 2019 Cab Sauvignon. All in a beautiful setting surrounded by the redwoods.

It was very awesome to have him be our personal guide through the wine tasting experience. I like Whites and my companion likes Reds, so he pulled entirely different bottles that were not part of the traditional “tasting menu” for us to try given our preferences. He was very kind and personable too, and really made it more than just a tasting. I really enjoyed his company and passion for the art of wine making, and hope that future guests will enjoy booking a tasting with him and his expertise. Thanks so much, Ricardo!!!

I tapped no tip. As soon as the transaction concluded, she flipped the screen and looked at the display to see what the tip amount was.
This was a transaction, not a service interaction.
If someone cannot afford to pay servers enough to set up a proper business model, something is wrong with the system the owner has devised.

Every single one of them are extremely kind people and create a welcoming atmosphere. Even going through the drive through they make an effort to make you feel welcome. I want to especially point out the woman taking orders through the drive through on 9/18 (it was around 11am). It was extremely busy and she was still going above all to give great service. She was extremely kind and understanding. I didn’t pick up her name unfortunately or I would have included it in this review, but nonetheless I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Napa County Animal Shelter and Adoption Center
942 Hartle Court, NapaGiving 4 stars, minus one dog found on construction site and had to call them due to take dog, cuz I was caring for 2 other dogs, sad situation, got officers name & number attached to dog, called a couple days after they took him & the place hadn't had records or their was some mix up. Really hope the poor guy was reunited with his owners because when he was brought to me he was sick, thirsty and hungry. The agent who helped was so great that I truly believe he is probably OK. Sad some place like this have to euthanize so many dogs because of backyard breeders, people simply going through a hard time, all sorts of reasons.
So minus one star for losing track of a dog (black German shepherd) very hard to lose track of.
