101 West American Canyon Road Ste 518, American CanyonThe employees here need to do better with making sure there is boba available. Twice it has happened now where they do not have boba. The first time was when we arrived at 11am (or whatever time they opened). They said they haven't cooked the boba yet. They should be at the store 30-60 mins before it opens to prepare for opening. I have worked at these places before and we had to come in earlier to prep, including making boba for the day so that as soon as doors open, there is boba available. The second time we went there it was in the evening and they said they had run out of boba. They should really be checking it throughout the day. As soon as you see it is running low, you immediately start making the next batch. Another customer who had walked in before us immediately walked out as soon as they heard there was no boba. I hope this will be rectified as I really want to continue supporting f&b shops in American Canyon!

75 South Kelly Road, American CanyonThis is a taco truck that parks there for lunch. I'm not sure of the times, but I will check and update. Now on to the food, I always order a burrito, tried a few different proteins, all are delicious, especially the Tripas! Staff are very friendly and courteous.

3921 Broadway, American CanyonI ordered the Adobo Sandwich as well as the Avocado toast for my parents.
The food was absolutely delicious, my sandwich was filled with yummy adobo, and my parents absolutely enjoyed their toast. The appearance of the dishes was great too, I almost felt bad eating my sandwich because of how nice it was plated.
I also really enjoyed being inside of the cafe- I felt comfortable and at ease chilling at the giant wooden table drinking a matcha latte.
All in all, really enjoyed my experience there, and will happily go there again in the future!

Stellar reviews brought me here, and stellar food and service impelled me to leave a review. The breakfast sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had from the bread to the sauce. Coffee was infused with cinnamon for a unique smooth flavor. Everyone was friendly. Everyone in the neighborhood seemed to be here because everyone knew that it was “the spot” and it was buzzing. I would highly recommend you check out Valentina’s Kitchen if you have the opportunity.
