101 West American Canyon Road Ste 518, American CanyonThe employees here need to do better with making sure there is boba available. Twice it has happened now where they do not have boba. The first time was when we arrived at 11am (or whatever time they opened). They said they haven't cooked the boba yet. They should be at the store 30-60 mins before it opens to prepare for opening. I have worked at these places before and we had to come in earlier to prep, including making boba for the day so that as soon as doors open, there is boba available. The second time we went there it was in the evening and they said they had run out of boba. They should really be checking it throughout the day. As soon as you see it is running low, you immediately start making the next batch. Another customer who had walked in before us immediately walked out as soon as they heard there was no boba. I hope this will be rectified as I really want to continue supporting f&b shops in American Canyon!

Clean atmosphere, Welcoming Service and fresh authentic food. I’m not easy impressed when it comes to my Chilaquiles. And Honestly was thinking of not ordering them at all . But I am very happy I did . They are not at all spicy that was a win because my mouth can’t take much heat. I ordered my chilaquiles with both sauces mixed together and wow it was bursting with flavor. Needless to say I loved them. The coffee was excellent and was refilled constantly. We also ordered the churro waffle. Where do I start!! Crunch, soft gooey, and filled with churro flavor.10/10 the best in Town. Dania our waitress was a delight to talk to , she was very polite and friendly. Must try this small Gem with big Flavors in American Canyon.
