“I recently had an online order arranged to be picked up at this location. I decided to check their reviews since I'd never been there. All I saw were horrible reviews about the store being closed a lot thru normal business hours and people unable to get there packages. I decided to call the location around opening time and a friendly woman answered the phone around 10am (opening time). I then called the day before my package was to be delivered and asked how long I had to pick it up once it was delivered and a friendly voice said as long as you need! Today, it was delivered and I called again to see if it was there and it was. I arrived shortly after and a very friendly lady named Nene greeted me and gave me my package after checking my ID and the pick up code. I strongly recommend this shipping store for any of your related needs! Thank you Nene!”
