“It’s one of the only businesses that I am super comfortable stopping by. This new Bayview Cir location has been such a major upgrade. My friends, family and I have been relying on this one-stop business for everything. They have so many trusted services that range from mail services to gift wrapping. One of my favorite things is that they scan and send you email alerts when you receive packages. Highly recommend!”

“Daniel at the UPS Store in Newport Coast provided truly exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to help us resolve a complicated and frustrating Amazon return that would have been very easy to dismiss or rush through. He took the time to understand the situation, patiently worked through the details, and helped us find a solution.
What impressed me most was not only his professionalism, but also his kindness, empathy, and genuine willingness to help. He did far more than was required, and his calm, understanding demeanor turned a stressful experience into a positive one.
We are deeply grateful for his assistance and want to recognize his outstanding service. Thank you, Daniel, for caring enough to go the extra mile—it made all the difference.”
