“I’ve wanted to own a bow for a while now, but wanted to test out what it would be like to shoot one. I walked in and was immediately greeted and welcomed in. Hans and Brett didn’t hesitate to help me and answer all of my questions. Brett went above and beyond. He set up a bow for me before I could even ask if I could shoot a bow and walked me through properly shooting an arrow. They also didn’t pressure me into buying anything and made a few recommendations for bows to buy. It was such an amazing experience. The sales staff and service department kept me appraised of the status of my order. When it came time for the pickup. The bike was fitted for me. The sales and service are the reason I keep coming back.”
“I went to REI a little over a week ago and purchased a new mountain bike. It was $1,500 and I had many questions. Every staff member recognized the expense and were all there to assist me professionally and with care. I worked at Nordstrom and compare the level of service to them. They just want to make you comfortable and happy. I ended up calling 2 days later and said I’d like to return the bike and try something else. They immediately said bring the bike in and helped me order a bike more specific to my needs. The only thing I would say is the delivery process is pretty slow and there assembly process can take time due to staff working on bikes and serving customers simultaneously. Over all 5 stars. I hopefully pick up my new bike today or tomorrow.”

A very fun family birthday party experience for our mother. We felt at home. There's also a shop with lots of goodies. Open free parking in the front and back. Highly recommended for a unique thing to do! ♥️”
“Great place to find Nike shoes. But wish there was a bigger selection. There is a lot of clothing and other non-shoes related stuff. Still can't find the Nike shoes I'm looking for, so onto the internet I keep going on this hunt! It seems most shoes feel like cardboard these days! Junk! I want my AMAZING Nikes back! The kind of quality I had like 10 years ago. What happened? Nice staff here and easy free parking out front.”
“This store located at the Premium Outlets Petaluma has many licensed team sport products such as helmets, jerseys, photos, and balls. The store also hosts in-store autograph signings, and they repair old footballs. It's almost like walking into a museum.”

“I love to support local and this shop is a great local option to the more branded competitors out there (REI and Sports Basement). I always manage to find some fun and interesting products that I don't always find at the larger outlet options in town. Their product lines are similar to the bigger stores but I find slightly different patterns and styles which is awesome to diversify the choices locally. Around the holidays they really ramp up pajamas, slippers, gift-like items to really help round out your gifts. Even first of the year they still had a good variety which is nice because after the holiday I know the bigger competitors tend to wind down these options for sale. Pricing on these types of products is always on the higher end but they have some great sales and it's nice to be able to support locally knowing you are making a difference in someone's livelihood versus a corporate machine.”

“It seems I can always find what I am looking for with Eddy Bauer. Their outlet store at Vintage Oaks Shopping Center is my goto place for clothing. Maybe because I like Eddie Bauer as a brand but also the quality is excellent and the selection at this store is always good. I am an average size guy and outlet/discount stores seem to lack the sizes of the average person. I think you know. Racks with small and extra large are always available, but try to find your size if you are in the normal range. Try Eddie Bauer. I am not an employee, just a good customer.”

“I went here to buy a canopy that was on sale. The manager and I guess one his lead shift managers were in the front and they were really helpful. They showed me the selection and made a suggestion based on price and functionality. Then he carried it to the front of the store for me, and then carried out to my car after the purchase. It was a big long awkward box about 75lbs, so no easy task, and I didn't ask for that, and didn't expect it. This is the type of service you don't see anywhere anymore. So I got a good buy, and some really great service!”
“Omar has the best customer service! I had to go back to exchange my shoes that were to narrow for my feet. The first time I went I barely got any help but when I went to exchange them I had the opposite experience. Omar was helping me pick out wide shoes for my feet, he had many recommendations and spent at least 40 minutes with me to make sure I found the perfect shoe. I ended up buy two pairs because it was such a great experience and Omar was so knowledgeable. He deserves praise and a raise! If you go there ask for Omar in the shoe section!”
