“As a new runner buying my first pair of real running shoes, I was looking for an in-person retail experience that walked me through the entire process. Jordan met me the moment I walked in and I was in the absolute best hands. He asked me all about my running experience, training, and goals. He talked me through every step, explaining his reasoning clearly, and giving me the opportunity make informed decisions. He was honest, kind, and approachable. I felt comfortable asking lots of questions, asking for advice, and having casual conversation to get to know each other a little. The whole experience was dialed in. I loved the foot and gate scan. The retail space was clean and comfortable. The choice of shoes exceeded my expectations. And the service was above and beyond.”
“The uniforms turned out great. Customer service was wonderful. Being that I am in Canada pricing was a little confusing and then shipping and duties on top of that, but in the end it was worth it.”
“Dropped in to find a Garmin mount, mechanics found one and installed for free, refused a tip, then clued me in to a local race and gave a ride rec (Cavedale) that turned into a spectacular day of climbing. Appreciate shops like this and will need to find a way to give them some of my money”

The owner is incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Based on our conversation, I could definitely tell that he knows a lot about shoes and running in general.
He was very patient with us, letting us try multiple options and test them by running back and forth until we found the right fit.
At the end of the day, we found the perfect pair, and have been happy with them ever since.
Rose is absolutely adorable and such a sweet dog. I immediately fell in love with her!

At times, REI can be faulted for not always having the most durable gear. But they do stand behind their products. And that means a lot to me.
Yes, you can often find cheaper prices on Amazon. But good luck in getting the level of quality and customer service you'll get from REI.”
“Amazing man who runs this place. Super passionate, encouraging with a great attitude for sharing his skill and love of axe throwing. We were all first timers. Ages 9 to 69! Everyone had a blast. A very fun family birthday party experience for our mother. We felt at home. There's also a shop with lots of goodies. Open free parking in the front and back. Highly recommended for a unique thing to do! ♥️”

“I love to support local and this shop is a great local option to the more branded competitors out there (REI and Sports Basement). I always manage to find some fun and interesting products that I don't always find at the larger outlet options in town. Their product lines are similar to the bigger stores but I find slightly different patterns and styles which is awesome to diversify the choices locally. Around the holidays they really ramp up pajamas, slippers, gift-like items to really help round out your gifts. Even first of the year they still had a good variety which is nice because after the holiday I know the bigger competitors tend to wind down these options for sale. Pricing on these types of products is always on the higher end but they have some great sales and it's nice to be able to support locally knowing you are making a difference in someone's livelihood versus a corporate machine.”
“This store staff of two greeted me warmly. ‘Kevin’ took me directly to spots having my desired shopping choices found easily! Great selection shopping experience there. The lady @ checkout responded to questions I ask & gave me, & Kevin, specific directions to displays of products I wanted to shop. Kevin helped me to my car & handed my bag of new footwear. They’re the Dreamed-for-Team helpers for shopping I’ve dreamed to have assist me many times when shopping. Some disability issues cause me mobility difficulty.
