“The uniforms turned out great. Customer service was wonderful. Being that I am in Canada pricing was a little confusing and then shipping and duties on top of that, but in the end it was worth it.”

“Best place to find the right shoes! The owner is incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Based on our conversation, I could definitely tell that he knows a lot about shoes and running in general. He was very patient with us, letting us try multiple options and test them by running back and forth until we found the right fit. At the end of the day, we found the perfect pair, and have been happy with them ever since. Rose is absolutely adorable and such a sweet dog. I immediately fell in love with her! I highly recommend Heart & Sole because I don't think you’ll find a more personalized shoe-fitting experience anywhere else. We will be back!”

“This company sells equipment and then goes far beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I am 81yrs. old and I use a treadmill every morning. About 15 years ago I bought one from play it again sports and two years ago I upgraded to a newer one. I couldn't remember how to remove a signal on the face board so I called them this morning and I got customer service that no one is used to. The person I spoke to did not know the answer and spent his time researching it, calling a service man and reading the manual online. I got a call back with simple instructions and the problem was solved. Never once did he make me feel like it was a bother to help me. This is a company I am happy to recommend to all.”

“Dropped in to find a Garmin mount, mechanics found one and installed for free, refused a tip, then clued me in to a local race and gave a ride rec (Cavedale) that turned into a spectacular day of climbing. Appreciate shops like this and will need to find a way to give them some of my money”

“Mr. Rossi is an absolute professional. I’m just getting back into tennis after not playing for 20 years. He’s unpretentious, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable. He recommended a great racket for me and allowed me to demo one while he got me stringed up. Grateful for his hospitality.”

“Very big and HUGE selection of all outdoor equipment, staff is very friendly but not pushy and respectful of your space which I appreciate, their used Re/Supply section isn't that big and doesn't have a huge selection, I LOVE their map and trail info section where they have maps of local trails and parks with important info.”

“Absolutely — that detail makes the review much more personal and memorable. I’d write it like this: I had such a wonderful experience at Lululemon in Santa Rosa! I came in specifically looking for help getting dressed for an upcoming job interview, and from the moment I walked through the door, David greeted me with a smile and was so welcoming. He, Erika, and Alexa were all incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right outfit. They made the whole experience so much fun and took the time to help me feel confident and interview-ready. They even signed my Lululemon bag with a “Good Luck!” message for my interview, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. ❤ This is exactly the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back. I will definitely be shopping here again and can’t recommend the Santa Rosa team enough. Thank you, David, Erika, and Alexa, for making my day and helping me feel ready to take on my interview! 🥰”

“I love to support local and this shop is a great local option to the more branded competitors out there (REI and Sports Basement). I always manage to find some fun and interesting products that I don't always find at the larger outlet options in town. Their product lines are similar to the bigger stores but I find slightly different patterns and styles which is awesome to diversify the choices locally. Around the holidays they really ramp up pajamas, slippers, gift-like items to really help round out your gifts. Even first of the year they still had a good variety which is nice because after the holiday I know the bigger competitors tend to wind down these options for sale. Pricing on these types of products is always on the higher end but they have some great sales and it's nice to be able to support locally knowing you are making a difference in someone's livelihood versus a corporate machine.”

“This store staff of two greeted me warmly. ‘Kevin’ took me directly to spots having my desired shopping choices found easily! Great selection shopping experience there. The lady @ checkout responded to questions I ask & gave me, & Kevin, specific directions to displays of products I wanted to shop. Kevin helped me to my car & handed my bag of new footwear. They’re the Dreamed-for-Team helpers for shopping I’ve dreamed to have assist me many times when shopping. Some disability issues cause me mobility difficulty. The teams service is great at the Big 5 Sporting Goods Store at ,2503 Cleveland Ave, Santa Rosa, Ca 95403 I give Five Stars”

“I found good, affordable shoes for a child who is in my family. I liked that the worker there measured his feet to make sure I got the correct size. The store is more orderly than some other discount stores. I have my eye on a pair of shoes for myself next.”

“Where do I start with this dandy of a store? Here is a store that I love to visit while in Santa Rosa. The store is filled with everything you want and need. The baseball glove selection here is like no other i have seen, if you end up buying a glove here they also have a machine that will steam and break glove in for you. I was at this location today with a advit golfer who was luke a kid in the candy shop when we walked into the golf section of this store as they had clubs, gloves, balls, and even a putting range and a simulator to test out clubs and putters. Did I mention they also had golf shoes for sale in the shoe department, which I believe they have one of the best shoe stores I have seen. The store covers everything from baseball to golf, to fishing and everything else you can think of, and yes even pickleball. If you are looking for sporting equipment or clothing then this is the store for you. Parking here is easy as they have a huge parking lot. Last thing about this store is if you don't like shopping in stores you can always go online and order.”
