Then you try them all on, talk with them, and pick one (if you want) that feels the best. I’ve gotten 3 amazing pairs of shoes there. “I went into Heart and Sole and was promptly greeted by the staff. I explained what I was looking for and was brought out a few pairs of shoes to try on. We landed on a pair that I thought was going to work, but after I went home and tried them out on the treadmill the shoes were creasing into my foot. I brought them back the next day and explained I wanted to swap for another similar pair. Without question I was helped out and the staff knew and reassured me these things happen; As I felt bad for bringing them back. I landed on a pair of TOPO shoes with way more confidence after the great experience. Highly recommend giving this store a try !”

“The customer service by the team at this store is usually very good. Today it was simply extraordinary. The service and support I received from Tanner G. was out of this world. Golf Mart continues to repair my son's broken Calaway irons each time he breaks a shaft. Today, they also gave him a special edition ball marker (that his high school baseball team requires the players to use) after his was accidentally lost out of his pocket. Great stuff. Really good group of people that work at this store. The gold merchandise is great, but the people that work here are even better! Mark S.”

“Amazing place. Great indoor range and retail store. Theresa is clearly a knowledgeable instructor, but was also amazing with my Nephew. Great place to bring the family I was suppposed to babysit and go to K1 go karts with him but they were closed. The idea of archery just popped into my head and it wound up being THE BEST time!!!”

“I love to support local and this shop is a great local option to the more branded competitors out there (REI and Sports Basement). I always manage to find some fun and interesting products that I don't always find at the larger outlet options in town. Their product lines are similar to the bigger stores but I find slightly different patterns and styles which is awesome to diversify the choices locally. Around the holidays they really ramp up pajamas, slippers, gift-like items to really help round out your gifts. Even first of the year they still had a good variety which is nice because after the holiday I know the bigger competitors tend to wind down these options for sale. Pricing on these types of products is always on the higher end but they have some great sales and it's nice to be able to support locally knowing you are making a difference in someone's livelihood versus a corporate machine.”

“I went here to buy a canopy that was on sale. The manager and I guess one his lead shift managers were in the front and they were really helpful. They showed me the selection and made a suggestion based on price and functionality. Then he carried it to the front of the store for me, and then carried out to my car after the purchase. It was a big long awkward box about 75lbs, so no easy task, and I didn't ask for that, and didn't expect it. This is the type of service you don't see anywhere anymore. So I got a good buy, and some really great service!”

“My daughter wanted the all white air force Nike's for her 16th birthday . she's a 4th of July baby so It took her to the foot locker which was a good experience they had good music and display set up was organized and the staff was fast and friendly . made sure everyone was helped.”

“I was happily surprised when I brought my kids up to the codding town mall and saw Ashley working at this shoe store as well as the one in Petaluma I thought I was in the twilight zone but nope it was her and she recognized me and asked how my shoes were working for me. She told me she has only worked with this company for a month and she's already gone up to assistant manager well the way she works they'd be stupid to let her go thanks Ashley keep rocking the retail world”
