“This is an AT&T store where we received the best customer support ever. The credit should go to Mario. Hope there is only one Mario. We needed a new phone and my husband's iPhone was so old that there were several complications. It took forever to transfer data from his old phone to a new phone. We were there for more than three hours (painful long) but Mario was patient and kind to help us. While he was helping us, he continued to answers the questions from his colleague about other customers. There were several times a rush of customers coming in to the store, yet he stayed calm and attentive to ever in the store. Thank you, Mario!!!”

“I cannot say enough about U & Iphone!! 10 stars across the board….. for Service, pricing of phone/iPad repairs, ability to do what Apple cannot or is willing to do.His share of product care/options is invaluable.Owner is kind, extremely knowledgeable, great at diagnostics, patient with a non techy!! Swift with ALL repairs—He is absolutely brilliant and if it can be done, HE CAN DO IT!I am a longtime customer after finding his shop in Hayward years ago by accident. Urgently in need of help, Apple said they could not repair the iphone speaker and I needed to “buy a new phone”. While he could make no guarantees, at a very, very reasonable cost, he made the necessary repairs and it worked perfectly for the entire lifetime of the phone (until it was stolen 6 yes, SIX years later!)After dropping my iPad numerous times, he totally reamed the entire case, reshaped it and replaced the screen. Again Apple, said “no can do”He “kindly” recommended a better protective case (not purchased there) to handle the drops!A sole proprietor shop, local in CV, he knows his stuff, providing stellar service, pricing and excellent diagnostic/repairs … patient and accommodating with questions.I asked him if I needed a new phone— have an old 8— his response, “no” — it is fine!!”

“Had no idea this location was even here! Glad we found it as we were able to walk over from Apple Store to get new watch set up with cellular (transfer from old watch to new watch). Dee went above and beyond with her customer service. She not only helped us to transfer the cellular to new watch but was able to correct the issue the service person caused (they cancelled our existing cell service #). Dee was quick to get things back in order for us and even offered to help set up the new watch to ensure it worked correctly right down to putting the new band on for us! She was so professional, patient and kind! Good service is hard to be found and she was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Thank you Dee!! You were so nice and patient. We definitely will drive back out to this location to have service she provided.”

“I switched carriers to AT&T mobile and firstly, I already see the superior service, speed and reliability compared to my previous provider, Xfinity. Yes, I'm paying a bit more now but you get what you pay for and Xfinity could not have provided this higher level of service (both in technology and customer care) even if they tried. The AT&T website, clarity of billing, ease of managing your account and overall customer service is far superior in leaps and bounds. It's only been a short time but if this reliability and quality continues, I will be a loyal long term customer for sure. Lastly, the store representative who assisted me named Safi S. in San Ramon, CA, was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and very helpful! I realize even though it’s someone’s job to try and upsell and I was asked about other services, I didn’t feel pressured and this always makes things much less stressful or frustrating. Overall, I can clearly see the value of AT&T’s services and customer care so if you are on the fence about switching carriers, do consider AT&T for all of the above reasons.”

“I want to give a shout out to Cynthia for her extraordinary dedication to her work! January 6th, I walked into the store, to take a number in line. The line was out the door, and of course I was in a rush to attend a class. I asked the customers in front of me to hold my place in line, and shopped Nextdoor. When I came back, I was next in line. Cynthia is an amazingly patient employee with incredible ability to multi-task. She was all alone working the crowd. Once I reached my place at the counter, she happily worked on my phone along with TWO other phones simultaneously. Cynthia goes above and beyond her responsibilities. Your company is blessed to have such a hard working girl! Give this girl a raise. Best of all, I wasn't late for the class I needed to attend across town. I'm so grateful for her diligence.”

“I see that this store has a lot of mixed reviews. I can't speak on behalf of the customers or the employees, but I can let you know about my own experience at this store. I recently came in with 2 separate issues; one was about my phone bill and the other was my internet. Both issues were resolved immediately, and I even had my router upgraded for free as well as my site visit (150 dollar fee) waived. The gentleman that assisted me was David Escalante. Give this man a raise!”

After spending over an hour on the phone frustrated with ATT Help and the lack of knowledge I was getting, I made a visit to this store and was helped by the manager Kevin. He listened to the problems I was having with my change in phone subscriptions and the poor experience I was getting. Kevin was knowledgeable, professional and friendly in the way he helped me. “I have an iPad not displaying at all. I brought it to the nearest repair shop for help. The reception lady Alexka did an initial plugin and found the device did not have any charge, and the charging sign did not appear. I left the device there for an evaluation. Two days later, I went back to ask for the result (called but no answer). The tech in the back had already finished the diagnostics and found out nothing wrong with the unit, and there was no charge for the service. The whole process was smooth and very professional. I will come back for any future repairs. I did tell Alexka to update their telephone number because unanswerable phone will definitely affect their business a lot.”
