127 Cameo Dr, DanvilleThis was my first time using a mobile groomer and I cannot believe I hadn’t used one sooner. His last groomer asked that I didn’t bring him back as he was a bad boy while he was getting his nails done. I did inform Paul the owner of the company of this when on the phone and he reassured me that it wouldn’t be a problem. Paul the owner of the company came out to groom my boy Leopold and I must say I was quite nervous as Leopold doesn’t normally warm up to people, men in particular. When I opened the door, you would have thought they had known each other for years. His tail was wagging and Paul knelt down for a bathing of kisses. Paul took the time to go over all my concerns and he took Leo off for his grooming. When they returned Leo’s tail was still wagging and he looked great. His coat has never felt so soft and he smelt great. Paul told me he was a joy to groom and he would be more than happy to come back to groom him anytime. I highly recommend On The Spot Pet Grooming and I could tell Paul really enjoys and knowledgeable about dogs. I did also like that he quoted me a price on the phone and there were no hidden add-ons once he came and took care of Leo. I know Leo has found his lifetime groomer.??

Blackhawk Veterinary Hospital
9000 Crow Canyon Rd R, DanvilleDr. Nick, Rylan, and the staff at Blackhawk Vet are amazing. We've been taking our three sweet kitties there for 2.5 years. Every interaction is shown w/care. January 2, our 15-year old ragdoll, Tiffy was very sick with renal disease. Dr. Nick and Rylan walked us through procedures that we could care for her at home. Dr. Nick is very kind, yet straight-forward which is exactly what we wanted/needed. Our Tiffany passed a week later with sweetness and dignity. We will always love her so much. They checked-in with us and even offered to come in on a Sunday if we needed help. After her passing, they sent a beautiful white rosebud and vase and as well as a card that the whole office signed. We are thankful to Blackhawk Vet for the care that they provided us during this very sorrowful time. We will continue to go to Blackhawk Vet with our other two fur babies because of the knowledge and care they have provided our family . Our sincerest gratitude, Emma Greenhalgh

When I had my initial meeting I met both Luz (the owner) and Pam (the sitter). Luz is a very responsible business owner and has everything covered- even things I didn't even think of. Pam was friendly, warm and wonderful with our two Havanese dogs. The always got back to me right away and it was very easy to get ahold of them if I needed to. We were gone for 11 days and Pam sent us pics and videos of our pups. It felt so nice not to have to think about if everything was going well at home. She is a very caring pet sitter. I would definitely hire them again.

The team members are loving, attentive, respectful and very dedicated to making sure all the dogs are engaged and living their best lives.

I drove by and saw the storefront and had to give it a try. From the moment I walked to the front door, I smelled an awesome aroma. The place was clean, decor was nice and staff were friendly.
The food itself was AWESOME. Generous portions. The burger itself is almost like what you’d see in commercials. The garlic parm fries were super tasty, and not over seasoned. BBQ bacon burger was juicy, and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be coming back. I spent about 30 bucks, but I also got a double instead of a single. To the CEO or Franchisee, awesome job!

Taru Japanese Cuisine
120 E Prospect Ave, DanvilleAbsolutely amazing nigiri! They share a space with Jungdon Katsu which means you get the best of both worlds.
The nigiri was amazingg!! We got some to try their nigiri, we were mainly there for the Katsu. But the portioning was so good with the Tuna that we ordered more (and we even got a bit of a bonus from the chef).
The fish ratio to rice was spectacular.
I've seen poor reviews about the service/speed, which I could see happening if things get busy. There was one server for all the tables, the food is made to order so it takes a bit to get your food. We went on a Thursday night and had one party ahead of us. The food took 20 mins to get to us. However the KATSU was PIPING HOT! The nigiri was also quick to arrive.
You order via QR code and the server was polite so I couldn't see anything to complain about the service besides the speed.
The place is a bit hard to find but I liked the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant.
Overall amazing experience. I'll be writing my review for Jungdon Katsu as well!
