Dr. Streiber went far above and beyond for our family during one of the most gut wrenching experiences we’ve ever faced with our dog, Silver. From the moment we received her osteosarcoma diagnosis, he treated us with extraordinary compassion, patience, and honesty.
Dr. Streiber spent multiple hour-long phone calls with my wife and me, carefully explaining Silver’s diagnosis, the possible progression of the disease, and the various treatment options available. He never rushed us, never spoke in vague terms, and never made us feel like “just another case.” Instead, he took the time to truly educate us—so we could make thoughtful, evidence-based decisions that felt right for Silver and for our family.
What meant the most to us was how deeply personal his care felt. He was willing to speak with us after hours, consistently followed through, and made it clear through his actions that he genuinely cared about Silver—not just as a patient, but as a beloved member of our family. During moments when we felt overwhelmed and scared, his calm guidance and empathy made all the difference.
It is rare to find a veterinarian whose practice is so clearly driven by passion rather than business. Dr. Streiber cares for animals as if they were his own, and we will always be grateful for the compassion, time, and heart he showed Silver and our family. We trust him completely and recommend him without hesitation.

Recently, I reached out about him staying a little longer than usual, and the owner personally called me — not to confirm the reservation, but to lovingly express her concerns about how a longer stay might affect him at his senior age.

When I moved to California, I was thrilled to find out they had a shop at The Point in El Segundo. Hands down, this is my favorite ice cream. I love that they offer vegan options and refreshing sorbets, plus seasonal treats and sundaes that keep things exciting. The service is always quick, the staff is friendly, and of course—the ice cream is absolutely delicious. I love it!

We got our orders in before the rush. I had the Bolognese, my husband had the lamb skewers, friends had the chicken skewers, lamb shank, risotto. Everything was wonderful. But as the restaurant got busier it got harder to get the attention of the servers. We had ordered our desserts with our dinner and servers brought our checks and we were still waiting for the desserts. We waited 30-45 minutes for dessert. The place was pretty noisy by the time we left.
