“The customer service here is excellent. Whether you need a check cashed, money wired or a mailbox, this family owned business is a great location to take care of those needs. I have been a patron of this location for well over 12 years and have gotten to know the owners. They truly look out for their customers and will do what they can to take care of you as a customer.”

“Carolyn at the passport office was VERY helpful and kind. She made sure we knew what we paying for and explained everything very well.
She also caught an error, on a sealed state document, that we hadn't noticed before. Now, we can sort that out and be sure to have the important documents that are needed and copies for safekeeping.
Carolyn answered all of my questions and made the process quick and easy for me, which was really nice. Also, she's a great photographer!
There are two downsides that are related to the physical Postal Buidling itself:
1. The ceiling of the passport office is made of skylights, and this makes it EXTREMELY BRIGHT while youre in the office. I have very painful eye and skin problems when I'm in brightly lit areas, and this passport office made those way worse. There isn't a proper ceiling. The only light in the office is the light that enters the room via the skylights.
It is way too bright to serve those with migraines or vision problems.
2. Due to the skylight/ceiling bringing the light in, it also brought the heat in. It was warm and very sunny today, so it was BOILING inside that room. I pass out when it's too hot, and the heat in that room (due to the skylights) could also be very detrimental to other disabled/visually impaired people.
I'm letting you (USPS -Sunflower) know so you can take initiate to ask to be to fix these problems. That way, more people from all walks of life can use your passport facilities without bodily harm.”

I’ve never had a bad experience here so I wanted to make sure to recognize how great they are! I wish every post office was this fabulous! Whoever is running this place is doing a great job!”

“The BEST post office I’ve been to. Unfortunately, it’s not by where I reside. However, I decided to make the drive here to get mine and my kids’ passports here and I was not disappointed. We arrived at 2pm, appointments were at 2:15-2:45(for 2 kids). We got out of there before 2:30pm including my passport renewal processed. Definitely recommend this location ?”
“I have always had a great experience at this post office. It can sometimes be a little busy but it is nice to be able to do a lot of self services here (letter drop offs, flat rate product pickup, etc ).The staff has always been very competent and helpful when I have needed anything.”
“Needed to ship a box and send snail mail. Easy to find, plenty of free parking at rear of building. Once inside, although it has a smaller footprint it offers all the services.
Very convenient and these particular postal workers are genuinely nice and reliable!
Assuredly cheaper than those other large commercial shippers too.”

“Recently went to GG post office to renew my passport, made an appointment 1 week prior, Nannete the office postmaster was very helpful in processing my docs in a timely manner. It got really busy only because people don't fill out their applications correctly and that delays other people's appointment. Nannete tries to help people in the office as much as possible and answers questions. She's awsome!
I reccomend people make an appointment and fill out their docs before the appointment.”

“This cute little place is like part of a movie set; there are only two service windows in it. The employees are pleasant and helpful and best of all, letters and packages seem to get to their destinations more quickly than if I mail out of Seal Beach. Occasionally parking is a hassle, but I usually run other errands and come back and park with no problem.”
“I have got to say this was the most pleasant visit to the post office, Tanya or Tonya helped me find a package that I forgot to label correctly and called me to either come and pick it up or they’ll ship it out the next day I came and she had to deal with another guest who was pretty angry and she handled it with amazing patience and grace!! “I don’t know why this location doesn’t have great reviews I went in for my passport… And I was assisted immediately by Alina. She was so kind ..so awesome and I was literally out of there in like 20 minutes… It was my first time for the passport process and she made it so smooth. “I went to the Stanton Post Office today for my passport application and had a great experience. I had everything ready—my application was already printed. However, the passport clerk noticed a small error that we had missed.

“10 times better than the post office on Lincoln. Mail plus more has parking, the post office parking lot is donkeybutt. Mail plus more is fast and easy for live scan, mail, P.O. Box, and (like the name) more. Post office is full of lines, 25 clocked-in employees, but only 1 behind the counter. Go to Mail Plus More and save your time and patience. It's worth it!”
“This is my go to post office because I live like 3 blocks away. Unless you have a stick up your boots, this place isn't bad. Just do what you need to do and get out. Since I come here often, I figured out that they often don't open the parking lot in the mornings until like 10 or a little later because the mailmen are packing their cars. So i compromise and park at either the KFC or the supermarket's parking lot. Other than that I can always find a spot in the post office's parking lot. Also, probably because of all the complaint, the customer service seems to have gotten better over the years.”

After talking to Mike, he was understanding, and gathered my information. We had spoken a few times and he was accurate, and did his due diligence to assist in tracking my package. I can not thank him enough for his hard work. Highly recommend him!”
