Saves you some time since the pre-purchase ticket line was much shorter and I believe slightly cheaper. There's a little bit of everything here for pet owners, but definitely a huge must for reptile owners since they had 2 entire event halls for these cold blooded friends. Everything you could possibly imagine or need if you are a reptile owner including food (fresh insects and frozen rats), equipment and supplies, enrichment, merchandise for humans, and of course the animals themselves. Large variety and different patterns, colors, etc. I'm sure someone who is an avid reptile fan would love going to see what they have here since there was definitely an abundance of lizards, geckos, and snakes. There was also a decent amount of frogs for the amphibian folk out there. In this hall, they also had a Galapagos tortoise conservation foundation and it was the first time I got to see such small, younger ones up close that was not at a zoo and another sanctuary who had a monitor lizard, monkeys, and a caiman. Neat! As for the other pets there are some cats to adopt, a good amount of dogs, one foundation that was adopting out bunnies, and some vendors who were selling rodents and birds (smaller amount). There was a decent amount of supplies and merchandise for these pets too, just not substantially so. There was also a monkey show at this event which was a really big highlight as there was a huge audience watching. Some of the monkeys were retired celebrities and the show itself is pretty funny. Probably the first time I've seen a baboon be part of one these animal shows too. Overall a decent way to spend a weekend afternoon.

Samantha was her groomer, and she did an absolutely amazing job. My dog (poodle) is very anxious, so I’m always nervous taking her somewhere new, but she came out looking absolutely beautiful and, most importantly, seemed so happy and comfortable. They were quick, professional, and did a fantastic job. The shop is clean, the staff is wonderful and welcoming, and their pricing is incredibly reasonable, especially compared with what many other groomers in the area charge. I am so pleased with how everything turned out and so happy to have found them. Samantha did such a beautiful job, and we will absolutely be back. Highly, highly recommend!

Christina's Dog Grooming
345 West Duarte Road, MonroviaMy dog, Jack, has been going to Christina's Dog Grooming for the past 6 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Christina and Ruth are two of the nicest, most caring people I've met, and they both have the biggest hearts for animals.
Jack is a senior dog and has longer fur which is prone to matting so he gets a brush out and bath with Christina every four weeks. Christina does such an amazing job that the maintenance between appointments is an absolute breeze.
Jack looks forward to seeing his two friends, Theo & Tiny (Christina's Basset Hounds), loves the cookies that Ruth gives him while he's there, and always comes home with the cutest bandanas :)

After weeks of regular laser treatments (post surgical) the Orthopedic Surgeon noted the speed at which the bones were healing and attributed this to the daily laser treatments, and encouraged continued use. We continue to use our laser to ease pain from plantar fasciitis, osteoarthritis and general aches / pains. Having a personal laser has been a blessing, has limited our pain and suffering besides saving us time and money.

Staff was sweet and patient with me as I really wanted to know every step Of a first time goer to hear, The details Of the whole report of the appointment was amazing and educational. I felt so much better walking out of their mental stress, free of it and knowing what I need to do now for my pet.. not only did we have a conversation about these things but they sent them to my email so I could go over it and share that with any future situation that happens I have history. And for my fur baby tango feeling so much better knowing we are taking really good care of her hair and we have a team of people that are skilled professional and detailed making sure that we understand the information and what our options were there was zero pressure about anything and everything and I was able to ask more questions I loved it as a first Heimer and my first dog and I got tango from the pound They made me feel so good about my decision of going there. It was very inexpensive and I walk away feeling more Educated and less stress, knowing what’s really going on highly recommend this place 100%

The shop has a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. All the customers are so nice and friendly too. Their gelatos are great rich in flavor and not too sweet. Homemade brownies is very good quality too.

DELICIOUS Jalapeño cheese gluten free bagel- True as advertised. My daughter cannot eat gluten and if this bagel was not gluten free, she would have been sick all day! She said yummy bagel! Rancheros bowl with scrambled eggs, black beans potatoes, avocado, salsa- I liked this bowl I would enjoy it with more potatoes thou. Dirty oatchatta latte - bad girl but she good! James Brown - needs more espresso but it had some flavor. The seasonal banana drinks were sold out by noon! I must come back. Overall, good place. SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF! Whoever was DJ, I loved the music selection! Faye Webster! Nice!

The Boba Box Cafe
101 West Foothill Boulevard, MonroviaThis boba spot was a nice discovery. I was here to redeem a free milk tea with boba from the SGV Boba passport. (You can buy the passport in person at the Happy Humble Hub in Alhambra.)
I opted for the Okinawa milk tea with small boba. The drink was good but sweet because of brown sugar. I should have asked for less sweet. The small boba was the biggest disappointment because it was clumpy. I had a large straw, and the small boba would come up in large clumps. I would get a different topping next time. The drink came with a tiny plastic whale - so cute!
The store is cool though because there is plenty of seating and they have board games. They have good deals for students on weekdays 12-3PM.
