Christina's Dog Grooming
345 W Duarte Rd, MonroviaMy dog, Jack, has been going to Christina's Dog Grooming for the past 6 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Christina and Ruth are two of the nicest, most caring people I've met, and they both have the biggest hearts for animals.
Jack is a senior dog and has longer fur which is prone to matting so he gets a brush out and bath with Christina every four weeks. Christina does such an amazing job that the maintenance between appointments is an absolute breeze.
Jack looks forward to seeing his two friends, Theo & Tiny (Christina's Basset Hounds), loves the cookies that Ruth gives him while he's there, and always comes home with the cutest bandanas :)

When we brought our dogs to another Groomer, the people would have to pry our talks from us because they were So scared and seem so traumatized when they came home. So would we recommend this place? They are so awesome.

Their annual check-up was fast, thorough, stress-free, and pleasant thanks to the front office staff, the nurse, and the vet! We also really appreciated the option to come early in the morning before work started. Our kitties were so comfortable around everyone and were very much loved and admired in return. Feeling at ease about keeping our cars in their care.

614 W Huntington Dr, MonroviaThis is a really great place to take your canine or feline to get vaccinated, a wellness checkup or microchipped. Something I think is really cool is how you can get many vaccines plus deworming in a bundle & it decreases the pricing versus if you were to get them individually. I have a long hair chihuahua girl that's mixed with papillon. Small breed dog. So as you can imagine I wasn't able to go with the dog shield pro. However they recommended the dog shield bundle to me; which I went with & will be paying for 3 more vaccines but individually sometime soon. Very friendly employees ! Everyone there appears to be happy which is great! My pooch now has majority of her vaccines plus has been dewormed and I am very happy I'm looking forward to her being FULLY vaccinated & then lastly, spayed

Dr. Domotor's Animal House

The doctor answered all my questions and I left feeling very satisfied and less worried about my fur baby. I am switching from Banfield as I feel over the years their doctors and their front desk people are getting worse, all the good ones left.

The parking lot is small, and the shop from the outside is easy to miss but there's a decent amount of tables to enjoy your empanadas hot. Tried the breakfast, birria, spicy asada, beef, chicken, and mushroom. When you can't decide you just end up with a bit of everything, but it's worth it.

I’ve tried some Mexican food before, but I’m not an expert on what’s considered “authentic.” Still, I genuinely thought the food here was really good, especially as a work meal — filling, fresh, and satisfying.
I was also surprised by how carefully everything was packaged. They included tortilla chips and several different sauces, which was a really nice touch. You can tell they care about the customer experience.
l was just passing by this place, but I will definitely come back again.

The Loose Teas Cafe and Gifts

Unfortunately we went yesterday and found it empty. There was no sign stating they had closed permanently. I hope it was just closed for remodeling.

They also have many other options and we often order a salad on the side. Their salads are large and always, consistently fresh. They don’t cut corners and the owners and staff could not be more accommodating and delightful! Great local business to support and a hidden gem if you have not tried it!

DELICIOUS Jalapeño cheese gluten free bagel- True as advertised. My daughter cannot eat gluten and if this bagel was not gluten free, she would have been sick all day! She said yummy bagel! Rancheros bowl with scrambled eggs, black beans potatoes, avocado, salsa- I liked this bowl I would enjoy it with more potatoes thou. Dirty oatchatta latte - bad girl but she good! James Brown - needs more espresso but it had some flavor. The seasonal banana drinks were sold out by noon! I must come back. Overall, good place. SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF! Whoever was DJ, I loved the music selection! Faye Webster! Nice!
