“Cannot recommend this place more, after dropping some of a sugary drink on my brand new apple laptop that I needed repaired in a timely manner for school, I was basically left hopeless. I took it to another repair shop first and was told my laptop was done for and unrepairable due to the severe liquid damage. I tried RepairAll and the technician finished it exceptionally fast and charged an extremely reasonable price. I will recommend this place to anyone who needs an electronic repair and take my future repairs here, thank you RepairAll!”

“Zach at the Verizon store in Lafayette, California is an outstanding representative for Verizon. I’m 78 years old. I am not very savvy when it comes to new technology and I needed help with my YouTube and smart phone and when I walked in the door, Zach was so gracious. He walked over to me help me sit down and explain everything to me fixed all of the problems that was that were frustrating me at home And I’m ready to buy a new 17 style iPhone from Apple here at the Verizon store because Zach explained how affordable it is to get one and I’m still using my old Apple 12 generation phone but I think I’m gonna be coming in and getting a new 17 model because Zack is such a good sales person and an outstanding young man”

“I see that this store has a lot of mixed reviews. I can't speak on behalf of the customers or the employees, but I can let you know about my own experience at this store. I recently came in with 2 separate issues; one was about my phone bill and the other was my internet. Both issues were resolved immediately, and I even had my router upgraded for free as well as my site visit (150 dollar fee) waived. The gentleman that assisted me was David Escalante. Give this man a raise!”
“Have always gone to this store to get my new phones, just got the s24 yesterday and had to have it same day shipped to the store, the clerk waited and set up my phone for me way past the end of his shift!!! These guys are great and I will always continue to go here for any phones needed.

The line was out the door, and of course I was in a rush to attend a class. I asked the customers in front of me to hold my place in line, and shopped Nextdoor. When I came back, I was next in line. Cynthia is an amazingly patient employee with incredible ability to multi-task. She was all alone working the crowd. Once I reached my place at the counter, she happily worked on my phone along with TWO other phones simultaneously. Cynthia goes above and beyond her responsibilities.
