“By far one of the best experiences at any att store and there's one person to thank for it all.Ira HairIf you are buying anything from this location buy from that man!He's got a good heart. I wish him the absolute best for his service he provided. Loyalty and honesty are NOT the same thing but you earn loyalty WiTH honesty.Ira solved my cell issues and worked with me, patient with me for a few hours. This experience far exceeded any prior.We had genuine conversation and instead of simply trying to make a sale he just DID his job! It's a DoG eat DoG world out there and most people will do anything to sell you crap u don't need but he didn't even try that with me. We both understood at that another location the man wanted to make a sale and did me wrong as a customer. ( my words not his ) but I will never go back to the Lafayette location as I know some of the employees now are not genuinely trying to take care of a customer and have them coming back they are trying to get a quick buck. Well they won't get another from me and I will get his name and I will review him later. Good people do not deserve to be played.Do good... good things come! “I received phenomenal service at this location. I went in having trouble with my SIM card and they helped me right away. When I had to momentarily leave to pick up my little sister they gave me a spare phone to take with me for emergencies since they were transferring things from my old phone to my new one. They worked with me with every problem we encountered and made me feel very welcomed. I definitely recommend stopping by here for help or great service”

“Ordering my iPhone 15 Pro Max White was a big pain. I had originally ordered same day pickup at the Danville Location and ended up canceling my order due to the bad customer service i had gotten from the danville site. I had eventually reordered the iPhone and ordered same day pickup at the concord/sunvalley mall location. I had waited the whole day with both call or email. So i waited another day and decided to go in person and was warmly welcomed by Roger. Roger was a blast! He helped me get my iPhone that same day. Had a great time and was taken care of. “I want to give a shout out to Cynthia for her extraordinary dedication to her work! January 6th, I walked into the store, to take a number in line. The line was out the door, and of course I was in a rush to attend a class. I asked the customers in front of me to hold my place in line, and shopped Nextdoor. When I came back, I was next in line. Cynthia is an amazingly patient employee with incredible ability to multi-task. She was all alone working the crowd. Once I reached my place at the counter, she happily worked on my phone along with TWO other phones simultaneously. Cynthia goes above and beyond her responsibilities. Your company is blessed to have such a hard working girl! Give this girl a raise. Best of all, I wasn't late for the class I needed to attend across town. I'm so grateful for her diligence.”

“Had no idea this location was even here! Glad we found it as we were able to walk over from Apple Store to get new watch set up with cellular (transfer from old watch to new watch). Dee went above and beyond with her customer service. She not only helped us to transfer the cellular to new watch but was able to correct the issue the service person caused (they cancelled our existing cell service #). Dee was quick to get things back in order for us and even offered to help set up the new watch to ensure it worked correctly right down to putting the new band on for us! She was so professional, patient and kind! Good service is hard to be found and she was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Thank you Dee!! You were so nice and patient. We definitely will drive back out to this location to have service she provided.”

“I see that this store has a lot of mixed reviews. I can't speak on behalf of the customers or the employees, but I can let you know about my own experience at this store. I recently came in with 2 separate issues; one was about my phone bill and the other was my internet. Both issues were resolved immediately, and I even had my router upgraded for free as well as my site visit (150 dollar fee) waived. The gentleman that assisted me was David Escalante. Give this man a raise!”
