Pet Food Express
631 Broadway, MillbraeGreat dog washing station with good water pressure, and plenty of treats and towels. However there are only 4 stations so if it’s a busy day you might have to wait. Also make sure to get extra soap since it doesn’t really come out with the water when washing.

Pet Care

Millbrae Pet Hospital
128 Park Pl, MillbraeJoe and Jenny are very understanding of my dog’s extreme anxiety around nail trims. They talked to me about my options and gave supportive suggestions as well as listening to my suggestions. I can tell they care a lot about my pup despite how uniquely difficult she can be. Their level of experience gives me hope for Cricket.

In-N-Out Burger
11 Rollins Rd, MillbraeWhen I first walked in, I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. With no one to help which was very unusual in and out is usually very attentive
The majority of the tables in the dining room were dirty, but you can always count on a good burger and fries for reasonable price.

O Sole Mio
352 Broadway, MillbraeA friend recommended this little neighborhood gem. What a gem it is. It’s been in the area years and it has that authentic neighborhood Italian restaurant vibe. Place was spotless, food and service were excellent, and we had a great experience. The bruschetta and burrata appetizer was worth the trip all on its own. I’m a simple chicken parm guy and to me the mark of a great Italian restaurant is execution of the staples and this dish did not disappoint. My friend had lasagna (not pictured) he said it was incredible. He’s one of my pickiest dining friends.

Hubei Restaurant
1055 El Camino Real, MillbraeThis was my first time being here at Hubei Restaurant. I was kind of struggling to find a Chinese Restaurant with great reviews and I stumbled upon this place with my parents that I persuaded them to try this place out. We've ordered a lot in this place to see if it was worth coming back, and to say the least it was worth it for my first time being here. It reminded me of a childhood memory I had in the Philippines and it was the closest thing I ever had that hits home-run for me. I guaranteed I will come back here if I ever feel like craving for Chinese cuisine that reminds me of the childhood days. The ambiance over there was very nice and their service is absolutely superb, worth it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
PS: I really got emotional being there. ???

One Piece Sushi
108 Park Pl, MillbraeThis unassuming little place was the third place we tried to eat at after 10:30. The first was a bar, the second only served hookah for the last couple of hours, and this one, finally, had food--though please be aware that at this time of night, it is udon, not sushi. That said, the two people we interacted with were both friendly and efficient, the Karaage and udon were tasty and nourishing, and at great prices for the Bay Area, and although they don't lean hard into the theme, there is some cool One Piece art on the walls. Thank you! Just what we needed!!

Milli Cafe
299 Broadway, MillbraeIt’s a fun whole shop and they make their pastries on site. Nothing like a fresh warm pastry. The extra few cents for a drip coffee is definitely worth it.

Sidewalk Juice Millbrae
525 Broadway, MillbraeWe walked in a little after 6 without realizing they had already closed — total facepalm moment. The owner was counting the register and clearly wrapping up for the night, and we felt awful. But instead of turning us away, he kindly took our order and made us feel completely welcome.
You could tell he was ready to go home, yet he still treated us with so much warmth and patience. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare. We’ll definitely be back — and next time, we promise to check the hours first.

Gourmet Village Restaurant
465 Broadway, MillbraeFood is really good. And also good value. It’s usually not busy but tonight between the walk in to go orders, third party app and walk ins they were slammed. A good neighborhood spot that can also do banquet style cuisine. I recommend this place especially when the weather turns and you need hot food that tastes great!

Jinweide Lanzhou Hand-Pulled noodle House
328 Broadway, MillbraeSolid lunch place! Came because I wanted to try Ox9 but didnt want to drive so far. I tried their traditional hand pulled noodle / beef combo with cucumber salad and lamb skewers. Well worth my $20. You can choose your spice level and pick from a variety of noodles. I went for spicy and wide flat noodles. Probably too much chew for me, but I wasn't mad at it. My husband tried the beef stew with rice noodle and that was probably more to my taste. It reminded me of shin ramen and this chinese mustard green / pickled veggie soup that I like. Pleasantly surprised by everything and would add this place in our rotation of restaurants. Its not fancy but its tasty.
