In addition the front desk staff and medical technicians are all friendly, top notch and provided excellent service. Note if you plan to drive, street metered parking can be challenging in this area, so advise leaving for your appointment well in advance so you don't get stressed looking for parking.

Called this place and they were able to squeeze me in. It was an hour drive to get there but staff was SO sweet. Asia the receptionist was welcoming and bubbly. The vet was very informative and provided amazing care to my parakeet and gave me different care options. John was very patient with showing me how to give Tater Tot his oral medications and provided me an icepack for the meds for my long drive home. I was there for hours but didnt mind as long as Tot was taken care of. Truly appreciated the staff and their kindness!!!

The High Tail hangover is a real thing and he’s so happy and exhausted when he comes home he sleeps the whole next day. My guy is an 80lb German shepherd mix and he can be reactive out in the world, but at High Tail he can just relax. Seeing videos of him running around with other dogs and playing makes me so happy. The staff is amazing too! Can’t say enough great things about this place.

Henry is a 3 year old with a lot of puppy energy. I started with 2 walks a week for Henry, then 3, and now 4. Getting picked up by Pupstrut is the highlight of Henry's day.
Goodwyn is a very responsive communicator and the service is an excellent value. The daily videos of the dogs are delightful.
We love everything about Pupstrut and recommend it whole heartedly!

I would normally be nervous with all the Frenchie robberies happening in SF but I rest assured knowing that Brad and Natalie are mindful and fully aware of their surroundings while with Dot. The bacon, eggs, and country potatoes were delicious, with just the right portion size, and the coffee came in a generous cup.
Definitely worth stopping in if you’re in the area. We highly recommend Darren’s Cafe and will absolutely be back next time we’re in San Francisco!

I went in to check out the store in person to differentiate the different sizes they offer and I have to say, the moment I walked in there the ambiance was a creative space for bakers! They were designing these elegant two tiered cakes and wow what a great sight to see.
The lady that helped me with answering all of my question did not disappoint. She was informative, professional and even let me try their popular lychee raspberry cake and the cookies and cream. BOTH were delish but since this cake would be my sister's elopement cake we went with the lychee raspberry with their homemade buttered cream icing.
It was an absolute perfection. When the cake was delivered, I was getting live updates on how far my courier was and that was comforting.

Her intelligence, knowledge, and calm, reassuring presence have meant more to us than she probably realizes. In such a frightening and uncertain situation, having a veterinarian who is not only incredibly smart and capable but also genuinely kind and compassionate makes all the difference. Dr. Wilson has a way of making you feel heard, cared for, and confident that your beloved pet is in thoughtful, capable hands. The kindness she has shown our family has been extraordinary, and we are so grateful that Juno has had her looking after her. She is the kind of veterinarian you never forget.
Her entire team has been equally wonderful. From the veterinarians to the pharmacy staff to everyone working at the front desk, every single person we have encountered has treated us with warmth, understanding, and compassion. Everyone has been accommodating, patient, and genuinely invested in Juno’s care. You can feel that these people truly love what they do and care deeply about the animals and families who come through their doors.
As a young family, our kitten means the world to us. Our pets are family, and when one of them is seriously ill, the fear and helplessness can be overwhelming. Navigating something like this is difficult enough without the added worry of how to afford the care your animal desperately needs. The SF SPCA provides something truly extraordinary by making compassionate veterinary care accessible to families who need it most.
The San Francisco SPCA is doing angel’s work. They are not simply treating animals; they are supporting families, giving people hope, and helping keep beloved family members where they belong: at home, surrounded by love.
