Paw Patch Pastries & Pet Boutique
219 Lake Merced Blvd, Daly CityI ordered two cakes for a doggie birthday party, and Pawpatch knocked it out of the park! I almost didn’t want the pups to eat them because of how amazing they looked ?
Huge hit with the pups too. Honestly, their cakes looked and sounded so appealing, multiple humans were tempted to taste test them.

PetSmart Grooming
315 Gellert Blvd, Daly CityWe can't thank Vivian enough for always doing a great job with our dog! We only go to her, and will not switch! She's very nice. Her haircuts are consistent. We especially appreciate how she can nail the round teddy bear look--see how our dog has really round paws and face? So cute! Not only that but under his paw pads are so trim. She also does fabulous trimming his nails and handling his oddly angled dewclaw. Thank you Vivian!

St. Francis Veterinary Hospital
2179 Junipero Serra Blvd, Daly CityHave been looking for a good vet clinic for my fur babies for a long time. Haven't seen this level of care and respect at any other vet hospital. Dr. Randhawa was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. Took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions without rushing. New and clean clinic, very quick and responsive. Highly recommend.

City Pet Hospital
170 Skyline Plaza, Daly CityI am satisfied with their services. Doctor friendly and knowledgeable. My main concern is that they won't attempt to trick me into getting any unnecessary services to take advantage of me. I trusted them.

Tiny Sushi - Oh Baby
32 Park Plaza Dr, Daly CityThis might me my favorite sushi spot on the Peninsula! Everything we had was top-tier in taste. The service was fantastic as well. They gave me complimentary miso and gave us both some yummy salmon to try. This place is small so I anticipate a wait during peak meal times.

San Froyo
37 Serramonte Center, Daly CityThe kind worker, Amir was really welcoming and thoughtful. He gave my friend a strawberry and chocolate cup when I got the Dubai chocolate one because she was allergic to pistachio. Even though she couldn’t eat it in case of cross contamination, it’s the thought that really mattered to us. The froyos we got were really good. Definitely recommend!! 10/10

In-N-Out Burger
260 Washington St, Daly CityDon't get me wrong, this is not a diner's burger. However, for the fast food, double-double is very decent. The fries were seasoned properly also. They do put you on the spot when they ask to round to the nearest dollar to prevent child abuse. However, when you tell them no, they don't roll their eyes, or do any weird pauses, etc.

In-N-Out Burger
372 Gellert Blvd, Daly CityI always use the drive through and the person outside taking orders is always friendly and efficient.
Even though the line looks long, it moves quickly due to the taking the order outside, well in advance.

Bart Grocery
108 Los Olivos Ave, Daly CityBeef short rib (Kalbi) was def one of the best we had. When I ordered they said about 25-30 min, but then they called my name after 5-10 minutes (thank you!). Appreciate services where they give you an estimate time and beats it.
When I went in, it gave me Kim’s Convenience vibes, don’t hate meeee, but it was nice! Nostalgic and lovely. They had Korean snacks, kimchi and usual convenient store goodies.
Super close to bart so check them out.
Not a collab.

Tselogs
6860 Mission St, Daly CityAlways good when I go. I remember years ago they would serve everyone a cup of broth to start the meal and there was table service. Now you just order at the counter and then get up or try to flag someone if you need something. Although I don't have a photo of it, my favorite is the lechon kare kare!

New Daly City Market
398 Templeton Ave, Daly CityThis spot is seriously a hidden gem. The sandwiches? Hands down the BEST in the Bay Area—no exaggeration. Fresh, stacked, flavorful, and made with real care… every single bite hits.
You can tell this place is family-owned because the energy is just different. It’s welcoming, it’s genuine, and it always feels like you’re walking into somewhere that actually appreciates you. Good vibes every time, no matter what.
If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out. This is the kind of place you go once and then suddenly it’s your regular spot. 10/10. You're welcome.

Mong Q Mongolian BBQ Kitchen
90 Serramonte Center, Daly CityI really like this place. You can fill up the bowl as much as you can. The cook even encourages you to take more and if it spilled out the plate abit it's ok too. He cooked it really well too

Fil-Am Cuisine
66 School St, Daly CityFor a casual bite of great Filipino BBQ, you can't go wrong with this place. The restaurant embraces a hole-in-the-wall vibe while serving tasty, affordable food. I ordered the BBQ chicken, BBQ pork, and pork adobo, and all were really enjoyable. The BBQ chicken skewer (9/10) was probably the standout. It had a nice sweet and tangy flavor, and the char added great depth. The BBQ pork (6.5/10) had a similar profile, but the meat was mostly fat, which made it less enjoyable. The pork adobo (8/10) was tender and came with a rich, savory sauce that paired perfectly with the rice. I also had the lumpia (7.5/10). They were super crispy but lacked much flavor in the filling. Still solid, but I've definitely had better. This is a great spot for Filipino BBQ and classic staples. I'd definitely order the BBQ chicken again while also trying some other items. There's a reason this place is so well known in the community for serving great, affordable food.

Mekeni Restaurant
6339 Mission St, Daly CityWanna start your day with a hearty Filipino silog? Check out Mekeni. It's a small, no frills but tidy spot. Come early in the morning (we were there at a little after 8am on a Sunday) and parking should be easy. It's also a popular spot for takeout as we saw several orders being picked up while we, a party of two, dined in. Make your way to steam tray area and peruse the ready to eat dishes or look up at the menu board for more options, like the various silogs. We ordered with the patient (we couldn't decide!) ladies at the register and they will deliver your dishes to your table. We opted for a pork chopsilog and a bangsilog. The portions were huge and tasted delicious. That the sinangag was made to order was a pleasant surprise! Looking forward to coming back to try other dishes!
