Petco
1150 El Camino Real # 167, San BrunoMy Petco store has reasonable prices on the things I need and GREAT sales. I have a cat and some fish. The Petco employees make me feel like family. All of the employees (especially Michael) really know their products. And make sure I understand how what I'm buying will benefit my pets. They are super friendly and always have a genuine smile on their faces. And they go out of their way to make sure I get the assistance I need?. Thanks Petco??! My Ginger Kennedy?⬛ and my fishies? ❤️ U.

Masson Veterinary Hospital
805 Masson Ave, San BrunoIt was hard finding a new Veterinarian after our previous vet clinic closed. We tried a few, but none really stuck until we met Dr. Tais at Masson. She was personable and took her time getting to know each of my pups. The office staff, Sarah, Jennifer and Jasmine are also a very big reason we chose to stay at Masson, they're all super detailed and knowledgeable. It is so hard to find a Veterinarian that you and your pups like and it's even harder finding a great office team, but at Masson you get both! I am so so happy I found them.

Pet-Friendly Restaurants

One Love Cafe
486 San Mateo Ave, San BrunoWho came up with this theme or design or format. The music, the artwork the decor...everything was dope.
Really enjoyed dining here. Kinda stumbled onto this place. So glad I did.
I ate like a big dog.
The only blemish was that my bacon was over cooked. If you prefer yours crispy then you would be fine. It was a lil too much for me. But I ate it. Lol.
They have music playing throughout the restaurant but if you want to hear a certain featured artist you can scan them and start listening on your own phone.
Everyone was nice. Food came out fast.
You order your food first then find a seat. The servers then bring you your oder.
They also serve alcohol so bottoms up. My Mimosa was excellent.
Really liked the concept of the place. Keep it up. Great job

West Coast Cafe
466 San Mateo Ave, San BrunoReally lovely staff, nice vibe!
I loved my caprese and my spouse loved their West Coast Penne pasta.
I didn’t really like my eggplant parmigiana or the Tiramisu.
I’ll probably go back to try a different pasta

Newell's Cocktail Lounge
497 San Mateo Ave, San BrunoAwesome dive bar vibe, and really friendly bartenders (not always the case in these places). Patrons are also nice. My second time here and it's been great each time. Worth the trip, no matter where you are in on the Peninsula.

Mar Y Mar
602 San Mateo Ave, San BrunoMe and my cowokers were browsing through DoorDash in the morning to see what to have for lunch since we were in need of a quick bite. After searching for awhile, this place showed up and suprisingly they were open. They offer many authentic Mexican dishes from tacos, burritos, quesadillas, tortas, appetizers, caldos, breakfast items, seafood dishes, a kids menu, mariscos, plates, birria refreshing drinks, alcohol and much more to choose from. Everything here is made to order which is always a plus for me since it is quality over quantity and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. We finally decided what we wanted and the order was placed. We were very excited since this is our first time trying this place out and ready to eat. When the DoorDash driver arrived my appetite grew because I was now really hungry. I am happy I selected this place because the flavor, quality and taste of the food was overall very good compared to other taquerias/mexican spots within the area. I highly recommend this place to all Mexican food enthusiasts, if you are in need of a quick bite just like me, to anyone willing to try something new or if you just so happen to be in the area to check them out. I definitely will be back to try out the other delicious options they have to offer.

Kuya's Asian Cuisine
460 San Mateo Ave, San BrunoThe focus is about consistently delicious food. I married into a Filipino family and have learned, as a foodie, that dishes take time, they need to simmer and they are layered with flavors and herbs. KUYA'S IS A STAPLE for our family. Take out or dine in its always delicious. Dine in and the lights may flicker... it take us out of the states and portal us towards a family that cares about food. Yum.

Boiling Beijing
649 San Mateo Ave, San BrunoFood is decent. Service is ok. For Beking Duck, you need to pre order a day before . Price a bit high. Parking can be challenging and not free. Overall not a must go but worth a try.

Amami Sushi
1789 El Camino Real, San BrunoWe were hungry after my appointment in Burlingame so we settled for Sushi at Amami in San Bruno. The teriyaki chicken looked plain but it was good. We also ordered the Amami Sushi and Lion King roll. Both were great. Next time, I'd like to order their Omakase Sushi. They have several restaurants all over the bay.

SAJJ Mediterranean
851 Cherry Ave #15, San BrunoThis was my first visit, and honestly, I was a little confused at first. With the name “Sajj,” I was expecting baked pies or skillet-style dishes. Instead, I found out it’s more of a walk-up counter concept where you build your own Mediterranean-style bowl, wrap, or plate.
It’s actually a great concept. While the flavors didn’t fully stand out to me personally — mostly because of my background with the cuisine and the traveling I’ve done — they do offer a huge selection of farm-fresh vegetables, meats, and sauces.
The ability to build your meal your own way at reasonable prices is definitely a plus, and the staff was friendly and welcoming
