“Need a 12V Battery Replacement? My 2012 (240K+ mile) Prius didn't start due a dead 12v battery. It lasted 12 years since I drove it off the dealership. I called around my local big box auto stores and was quoted over $300 for the battery and learn that Toyota Prius was excluded from their free battery installation service. I figure the battery was located in the trunk/rear of the car which made it more complicated than others. I definitely wasn't comfortable switching this out myself. After a few calls to stores for price and product availability, I shot Hybrid Experts a text and was given the best price with free installation over the phone. (I won't reveal the price here but trust me, H.E. is truly passing the savings to us). I arrived on my scheduled time and was again, welcomed with a smile by the Owner. This is a Wednesday afternoon, the shop was busy with customers, all during a heat wave of 105 degrees. You got the Owner trouble shooting and calling for parts, the Son rushing back to install his last piece, all done with a smile and for the customer. So onto my car... My new battery I was expecting to be a generic brand or something our big box stores would carry like Duracell, etc.. based off the price quoted to me over the phone. I was 100% wrong, H.E. got a Toyota Brand 12v, the exact battery that lasted 12 years when i drove it off the lot. This was a sweet surprise and it shows they only use quality parts and trusted brands which is backed by their warranty. I'm confident that I found the best guys in the business here. “I came to this O'Reilly's because it's the closest to my house, and just in case I got stranded because of my car battery issues I would be able to get a jump here. I was immediately greeted by Tyler, big warm welcoming smile and was offered assistance the moment I walked in the door. I needed to test my battery but figured it was time for a new one. I was unsure what my car needed as a battery, and Tyler was able to immediately let me know which batteries were able to fit into my vehicle. He gave me three options to choose from, and also offered of the warranty along with it. He made sure to also offer me mini accessories that I can add to my battery, and he also was able to switch out my batteries. He was able to switch out my battery in the course of 30 minutes while also helping out the rest of the customers that were inside the store very great multitasker and always greeted everyone with a great smile. “Some things shouldn't be so highly overpriced no matter what type of niche you fulfill for the public. I mean the day I pay almost double and in some cases even more for the exact same item I can get at another store, I'd appreciate someone giving me a slap of common sense so I can come back to reality.”

“I've utilized O'Reilly Auto Parts for numerous years. I always find what I need there and at an affordable price. The customer service is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've had times where I needed help with a diagnostic and they were able to run a scan for sensors/fuses right there on the spot. Returns have been easy, when necessary. It is rare I don't find what I need there. This location superseded what I needed a few nights ago when I needed a starter many people don't stock. O'Reilly had it in stock and I was able to pick it up within about 30 min. Super happy to have my car running great and for helpful service. Thank you once again!”
“I've bought several batteries here for a camper van, my truck, and a solar project. Always had a great experience and they go out of their way to get their hands on specific hard to find batteries. There was a minor issue on one of my orders and they more than made up for it without me having to ask, which is appreciated. Nathan in particular helped me a lot with one of my orders.”

“Friendly customer service, centrally located in a large shopping center surrounded by delis, fast food restaurants, etc, it's at the corner of Story and King Rd, San Jose, Ca, minimal waiting in line, clean hallways and shelves are fully stocked, very helpful and willing to exchange any defective part under warranty, unlike O'Reillys on Alum Rock Av, that has a 90 day warranty policy, even if the part has a 5yr warranty, they will not exchange the defective part, regardless if the extended warranty still in effect,”

Every time I come in here, I'm impressed by the workers. They are always knowledgeable and know the things they sell.
I once bought coolant and the worker asked if I wanted a funnel. That saved me. Thank you, yes.
Today, I grabbed a bottle of Versachem and the store worker downsold me. He told me if I'm working on one car, they have a small tube which saved me $11! :)
Things here are always on the pricey side, but I'm always happy to pay it for the support I get.

“I had a great experience and got the great support from Josh. When I came in a had my owners manual in hand attempting to change my own headlights. Stressed the entire day over whether or not I can actually change my headlights without messing up my entire system, Josh kindly asked “ Will you be needing help installing those today”? Such a relief and burden that lifted off my mental! What a blessing. He did it all with a smile and even helped me with my windshield wipers. This experience made my year. Now I can drive to and from work with no worries pertaining to a missing headlight or loud wipers when it rains. Thank you so much Josh. May God bless you, as you have blessed me. :)”
“Since the battery probably died due to its advanced years, once we got the car jump started, we got the battery replaced at O'Reilly Auto Parts. I think he was the only person there Sunday evening, but he replaced it quickly, which we really appreciated; I didn't want to get with another jump start the next morning.”

“It’s nearby the In-N-Out burger, approximately 7min away and also 7min away from our home as well.. so it’s pretty convenient as I don’t have to go to AutoZone which is further. I accidentally took out the high beam light instead of the low beam, good thing the salesperson is good and helpful so we were able to get what we really needed. Thanks a lot. Will be back here again in the future. Maybe apply for some rewards as well.”
