When I visited with my two dogs, both of the friendly sales ladies working there greeted us immediately and even offered treats to my dogs, which we truly appreciated the thoughtfulness.The store is conveniently located in the heart of Saint Helena, surrounded by other boutiques and restaurants, and it's a magnet for fellow animal lovers. Our experience was wonderful, and we ended up purchasing some recommended chicken treats that our dogs absolutely devoured. The store has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with a kitschy and cute vibe.

I would recommend scheduling your tasting with Roman. I want to book two tastings in a row next time just to spending more time on the property and with Roman. Put this visit close to the end of your trip because it is the best.

4026 Spring Mountain Rd, St HelenaPride Mountain has an incredible property! Separated by the county line of Napa and Sonoma. We visited the property over the Columbus Day weekend. Andy was such an amazing tour guide. Very knowledgeable about the property and the wine he is serving. He has the ability to talk about wine that people on any level of wine from beginner to expert can listen to and learn from. A little bit of a drive up the mountain but it is definitely worth a visit!

4105 Chiles Pope Valley Rd, St HelenaWhat a venue! It's a hike to get to Maxville Lake Winery but worth every turn and narrow road. Once there you are rewarded with a magical winery complete with outstanding wines, service and views. Our wine educator was Caitlin Zitko. Caitlin knows wine and better yet she knows interesting facts and stories associated with the winery. She allowed us to sample numerous Maxville wines and provided food to go along with each wine we tasted. Maxville Winery hit our radar because we learned Rockstar Winemaker Jeff Owens is making their wines. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we plan to bring friends and visit again on our next Napa trip. Easy 5 stars and my highest recommendation as a must visit when in Napa.

Rombauer Vineyards
3522 Silverado Trail N, St HelenaThe tasting experience was amazing, and our host was so wonderful—warm, energetic, and genuinely passionate about the wines, which made the whole experience even more fun. The views were unreal, easily some of the best in Napa, and the value of the tasting was hands-down the best we found.
We loved the wines so much that we ended up buying several bottles, which waived the tasting fees and made it an even better deal. Everything from the service to the scenery to the wine itself exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend a visit to Rombauer—truly a must-stop in Napa.

1584 St Helena Hwy: MAIN ENTRANCE 849 Zinfandel Ln: TRUCK ENTRANCE, St HelenaAt my first visit I decided to become a member. The tasting room is very artsy, the grounds are small but nice to walk. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally, you get free monthly access to other tasting rooms at couple of nearby wineries.
Wine taste is very subjective, so that's a bit more difficult to rate. What one person likes might be unpleasant to another. I've been at wineries where I don't like any of their wines, as well as one where I liked 9 out of 10 tastings. At Raymond, I like several of their reds, and all of their whites. Over all a very pleasant tasting experience worth repeating here and there.

1. Some reviews say the coffee is strong. Our experience was the coffee was good but not necessarily strong.
2. Service has always been fast & friendly. Our server was fun.
3. Gillwoods scramble was good with plenty of cheese. The omelette (eggs) were a bit over cooked. Substituting a blueberry muffin was $1 more.
3. I had 2 egg breakfast which was expensive as the added ham was $3, fruit was $3, & a pancake was $3 for a $24 meal. The eggs were overcooked everything else was great. Best to ask “how much?” If cost is important. Gillwoods needs a 2+2+2 for $19.

The minute you arrive, you are greeted with a welcome glass of wine to taste & the customer service was excellent. Scotty was our host for our wine tasting, who was amazing & made sure we had an exceptional experience here! I highly recommend grabbing a charcuterie board too - we had the petite option and I cannot stop thinking about the cheese we had. It was perfect for 2 people.

1090 Galleron Rd, St HelenaMy wife, infant, and I visited Sullivan Rutherford Estate to celebrate Mother's Day, and the hospitality and thoughtfulness we experienced were unmatched in Napa Valley. Cuquita and her team ensured everything was absolutely perfect and made the day feel special. The estate feels like walking into a secret garden, complete with a rope swing and a peaceful pond. While the wines are, of course, fantastic, what really sets Sullivan apart in a valley of 500 tasting options is the benchmark they set for truly intimate, memorable experiences.
