“I was in here June 12 around 7 pm to open up a phone line. I did not get what I needed that day, but I came back the next day. Unfortunately I had to do it as soon as possible. Jovanni helped me out on the 12th. He was very professional, patient, polite, and respectful. Unfortunately the next day he was leaving as I show up around 6 pm. I was hoping he finished helping me out, but the other associates in the store help me out in a very professionally way how things should be done. I was treated the way customers should be treated. A remarkable person who was extremely considerate, demonstrated exceptional comprehension of the problem and potential solutions. Above all has infinite patience! True rock star! “I was somewhat apprehensive to go here for help based on the reviews, but in the end I happy that I decide to go here. I went to store when it wasn’t busy to avoid potential for long waits. Couple of the reps help me transfer 5 lines and 3 wearables from AT&T to T mobile. I had to go to the store because I couldn’t do it via website nor speaking with call center due to a system error message. The store reps were incredibly helpful. They resolve my issue and transferred all of my lines. The made extra effort to show me how to setup T mobile app, walked me through how to subscribe free streaming, and showed me how to file for promo rebate. They also pointed out few rebates that I wasn’t aware of which I would have missed out on otherwise. All of this took time because excellent customer service often takes time, but I do see how there could be potential for long wait times. My suggestion is to try going during non busy hours. Perhaps early weekend morning as I did.”
“53ft trailer. There are two truck entrances, I used Java street, so the dock was on driver side of my truck.But check parked cars before you enter, because you will stuck if you will use Java entrance and somebody uses corner parking spots. So other way is to use main truck entrance on Boregas Ave, back in insideBecause there's no space to u turn for 53 feet trailer. Parking is very difficult, if you have small experience - just avoid , it's very easy to damage trailer swing doors while backing, pay attention to it.Also, after loading, it's too tight, if you have swing doors on your trailer, double check everything before pulling forward. It may to get damage to your door or even fully remove it.But staff is friendly, they helped me a lot. One guy he pushed my trailer door and helped me to get out from this loading dock.”

I was also able to set up everything and swap in store before leaving. All of the staff members were nice and professional. I will edit the name of the actual reps that helped me when I go back. They were so helpful and didn't rush me. We were all excited to see the new fold so I let them do the unboxing since the store model wasn't up yet. This isn't my home store and I stopped there to grab the last phone available. I was very pleased with my service and look forward to going here in the future.”

Johnathan, who is not only thorough and knowledgeable but went out of the way to help me with what was best for me since I wanted to stay in my budget. He stayed back and did overtime and made sure the data transfer smoothly transferred in spite of me forgetting my iCloud password , he stayed calm and composed. Since I had mentioned that I was traveling and made sure I have everything on my phone. Johnathan did not care about his long commute from Newark to Oakland which he had to cover that late at night. Seeing is compassion and hard work, I must say TMobile is very lucky to have him because people like Johnathan are very rare to find. He is a Gem with humanity and humbleness.I went for one phone service but ended up taking 3 phone services.
