“This past Friday we had an amazing experience at this location. After reading most of the reviews, I was apprehensive to stop by. I'm glad I did not allow the negative comments to keep us away. It was time to upgrade three phones and did not want to encounter a hassle as in years past. If you want to be treated with respect & the utmost kindness, look for Jen to assist you. Jen went above and beyond the norm to get everything handled in one visit. Not only did she take her time to make sure we were happy with our transaction but she also was multitasking and assisting others while we waited. No one was left unattended. It was a busy day (Veterans' Day). Jen's personable demeanor and friendly smile is what made a difference, and I absolutely will be returning to this AT&T location. I explained my situation and he literally gave me a breakdown of all of my MacBook options along with his suggestions and the reasons why he felt they would be a good fit for my needs. This experience was a HUGE level up from my experience at the Grove. I know Eddie doesn’t get commission for selling me the MacBook I decided to purchase but seriously, if you’re not a techy like me and need help in choosing the best Apple product for you, request Eddie.
