“It was a great experience I kinda wanted what I rented, but I was thankful for the upgrade, so needed for business purposes. Renting a nicer ride than you drive or just bigger its hard to return. Con I returned earlier but the price was not adjusted its just the same. All in all great experience would rent again just locally because they pick you up and would not need to Uber there or back. Some Uber driver charges more to the airport., my Uber back was waaay lower and the driver was a pleasure speaking with.”
“I've used quite a few car rental companies at the Sacramento Airport. These folks were there at midnight and Raj at their counter is tops on customer service. Also I was able to get through to them on the phone quickly at the 800 number.I will use Alamo again.”

“I've had to come to this location twice now and every time nothing but excellent customer service friendly understanding and very articulate when calling asking questions. I have also had to use there pick up drop off service their driver is friendly and a great driver. I will most defintely use this rental location again. Weekends it gets busy, but they keep you notified of the wait and what's going on. Thank you. Hard to come by excellent customer service these days with most businesses.”

“At first I was going to give a 1 star review because I had made a reservation and at the time I arrived there were no cars ready that matched my price range. Gabby came and saved the day gave me a nice SUV for the day at the cost of my original reservation and me and my wife had a nice day on the town. “Fantastic customer experience at this local AVIS location, especially after a not so great experience at the Sacramento Airport AVIS a while back. Steve, the owner, is super helpful and helped me extend my rental another day without any hassle. The Dodge Durango I received was newer and very clean. Also could tell it had been cleaned before I drove off. Highly recommend renting from here. Just make sure to make an online reservation and understand the terms of your rental and you’ll be happy! :)”

“The location is very convenient for me, and the staff are friendly with well-maintained vehicles. There's a convenience store nearby, which makes filling up and returning a breeze.
Once, I accidentally left my tablet in the vehicle, and they called me a couple of days later to let me know they had it ready for pickup. I truly expected it to be lost, so it was a pleasant surprise. How often can you share a story like that?

“Ever had an unexpected incident occur, well on Nov 18,2024. I went in to get my car repaired after I came to this shop anticipating just for the damages to be look at and quoted. However, I didn’t know I would be getting full service. They helped me tremendously with the ease of keeping contact with my insurance after I filed the claim. From when I arrived to body shop to picking up my car has been pleasant. They definitely made the process smooth and my mind at ease. “This review needs to be read by someone in charge at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on elvas Avenue. I recently needed a rental due to a motor vehicle accident. My car was getting fixed at caliber Collision . My insurance sent me to Enterprise on Elvas. I get there and it does take a while but as I'm there I notice a young woman. Her name is Kayla she's the assistant manager. I need her to be recognized because in the world we live in, it's very hard to find people who still go above and beyond for their jobs. She was alone and washing cars and vacuuming. She made things right when I my husband complained a bit. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about Kayla. “Wow I got to sacto and found the Tran to the car rental area. They are very organized and efficient. I had my car with in 15 minutes and I got an upgrade that I really enjoyed driving this one. Check out the car in the pica. It’s not a Lamborghini but it is fast. ?”

“Car rental can sometimes be an aggravating experience. That has never been the case at Hertz Fulton HLE in Sacramento CA. The staff at my neighborhood location always did their best to make up for the random nature of rental returns in case the car we expected was not available. In the past three years we rented Hertz 4x /yr or more. We NEVER had a bad experience. I am sure they will keep up the good work.”
