I missed her name. Unfortunately we had to escalate to the store manager Rashad. They both handled our situation with impressive professionalism, and stayed with us until the issue was resolved, including a 40 minute phone call to their corporate. I want to thank Rashad for his patience, and competence! I will remain a customer because of his efforts.”

Up the street was another store we went to first. We showed up at the Metro by T-Mobile down the the street at10:30 to look at some accessories. (They were supposed open at 10:00am) Walked up to the entrance and young lady was just opening the front door. We stood and waited for about five minutes looking at her inside the store. We tried to open the front door in hopes to get her attention. She was ignoring us. A good customer service staff person would have turned around said I am sorry I am running late I can help you in a few minutes. We would have been understanding. Nothing.
I am happy we ended up at this location because I do not want to spend my money at the other store! So I am letting everyone know use this store not horrible place down the road!”

“Verizon messed up big time when they put an almost $300 dollar charge on our account, for which I wasn’t informed I had signed up for. After being on the phone with customer service for several hours, all they did was credit $75. I went in this store to completely cancel our service because we were just fed up. The manager and reps here were very helpful and they were the reason I did not cancel my services completely. They helped us get our issue resolved and gave us a better and newer service, the service I had initially wanted. Huge thank you to the workers here!!”
“I had the joy of weirdly complicated problems when switching my wireless to Xfinity. Support over phone and online was unable to help me and it was incredibly tiring and frustrating.
I had the joy of coming into store and over the time I was there getting this fixed, I saw how helpful and knowledgeable Max is. While assisting me he kept an ear on everything and was there aiding his coworkers without them even asking. Seriously, he knows so much and is super kind. I was exhausted from a full day of work and he made this arduous journey come to a close and my phone line is finally fixed.

“Went to this store, honestly just to look, was open minded, my then current phone was completely broken, and I was looking for an iPhone but didn’t really know what Carrier to go to, and honestly didn’t know if I’d be be to finance, as I was hoping to, so I was honestly going in, not necessarily expecting to leave with an iPhone, but would be happy if I did…just trying to see options. Sat down with derric, and let me tell you! His salesman mouthpiece is AMAZING, because he sold me on this phone lol, and didn’t tear my head off with prices lol. Left with and iPhone 14 (don’t care for or about newest) and a WiFi router, capable of holding 60 devices, for 108$ down out the door. 194$ monthly for both the phone and router with unlimited everything, talk, text, data. Thanks T-mobile!! Thanks derric! Yes monthly is a tad high. But for an router and a 5G iPhone 14…. I’m winning!! Definitely recommend if you are in market for a new device”

“I disconnected the internet at work and I was having trouble getting reconnected. Of course I called in to customer service and was able to get support right away without a long hold time. Everyone was super nice from Niko (sorry if I misspelled your name) to Mark. Mark checked on my ticket that was open and was very friendly and knew what I was asking even if I didn't. Mark took the time to explain what to look at and do. I had trouble finding our network name and password. Within 20 mins later, Mark called me back and was able to provide that information for me and suggest I call back if I continued to have issues. I know Mark took his time to find the network name and password and that is really appreciated as other companies I've experienced would have just send someone out because it's easier to do instead of doing the research after business hours. “The wait time was about 45 minutes but once it was our turn Dee did a fantastic job and got us taken care of quickly. Part of this was because we knew what we wanted to get done. Comcast/Xfinity is basically a monopoly in most areas and they could definitely provide a better experience by having one or two more reps at those empty desks. And Comcast phone support sucks so it wasn't a surprise that one of the customers in there taking up the most time was a Karen who was pissed off about something that sounded to me like it was the Karen's fault and not Comcast. Bottom line is Dee was awesome, did a great job, was friendly and efficient but Comcast as a company could do way better. But I'm sure that's not a shock to anyone.”
