Up the street was another store we went to first. We showed up at the Metro by T-Mobile down the the street at10:30 to look at some accessories. (They were supposed open at 10:00am) Walked up to the entrance and young lady was just opening the front door. We stood and waited for about five minutes looking at her inside the store. We tried to open the front door in hopes to get her attention. She was ignoring us. A good customer service staff person would have turned around said I am sorry I am running late I can help you in a few minutes. We would have been understanding. Nothing.
I am happy we ended up at this location because I do not want to spend my money at the other store! So I am letting everyone know use this store not horrible place down the road!”

While he was busy working in the system, he provided me with good customer service and answered all my questions. He completed my request in 30 minutes. It was a smooth process. I really appreciated his help after being stressed out from poor customer service received via phone and bad online reviews. I hope all Xfinity customer service can be like this, especially the 1-800 line. Thank you Anthony!

“I had my Tmoble Samsung Galaxy phone for about 5 days and thought it was time to put a screen lock code on it. I keep all my passwords in Excel. And I must have entered the code into Excel incorrectly!! I took it back Tmobile and the usual factory reset method did not work. Mike at Tmobile took a good deal of time and took quite a few steps to reset my phone. As he told me, the reset only worked because I had my old phone with me and I knew my gmail password. Mike, thanks for saving me from having a very expensive paperweight!”

“Xfinity actually works. Had Consolidated for years and tried to upgrade to Fidium. They messed up my installation date and billing so many times that I just walked into this Xfinity store and asked to switch. They arranged for a tech to set up my Internet THAT WEEKEND. Billing is straightforward without stupid fees, the fiber internet actually works at the advertised speed, and the dudes in the store are all pretty friendly and helpful.”
“Verizon messed up big time when they put an almost $300 dollar charge on our account, for which I wasn’t informed I had signed up for. After being on the phone with customer service for several hours, all they did was credit $75. I went in this store to completely cancel our service because we were just fed up. The manager and reps here were very helpful and they were the reason I did not cancel my services completely. They helped us get our issue resolved and gave us a better and newer service, the service I had initially wanted. Huge thank you to the workers here!!”

“I disconnected the internet at work and I was having trouble getting reconnected. Of course I called in to customer service and was able to get support right away without a long hold time. Everyone was super nice from Niko (sorry if I misspelled your name) to Mark. Mark checked on my ticket that was open and was very friendly and knew what I was asking even if I didn't. Mark took the time to explain what to look at and do. I had trouble finding our network name and password. Within 20 mins later, Mark called me back and was able to provide that information for me and suggest I call back if I continued to have issues. I know Mark took his time to find the network name and password and that is really appreciated as other companies I've experienced would have just send someone out because it's easier to do instead of doing the research after business hours. “The wait time was about 45 minutes but once it was our turn Dee did a fantastic job and got us taken care of quickly. Part of this was because we knew what we wanted to get done. Comcast/Xfinity is basically a monopoly in most areas and they could definitely provide a better experience by having one or two more reps at those empty desks. And Comcast phone support sucks so it wasn't a surprise that one of the customers in there taking up the most time was a Karen who was pissed off about something that sounded to me like it was the Karen's fault and not Comcast. Bottom line is Dee was awesome, did a great job, was friendly and efficient but Comcast as a company could do way better. But I'm sure that's not a shock to anyone.”
“I came in Friday evening to exchange my router and complete a return. I was checked in by the manager Roberto and waited for an employee to help me. The store was a little short staffed and there was a shift change so there wasn’t someone immediately able to help me. This task was standing in between me and dinner so I was a little impatient. I approached Roberto and asked if he could just help me with my transaction and even though there were two other customers to check in and staff that needed help from him he did help get me my task completed and on to dinner!”
