Very helpful staff in selecting a new phone and transitioning from my old phone. Angiaria (not sure that is the right spelling) is a star. She even transitioned my stickers for me! Overall a much better experience than I anticipated. I reccomend this Verizon store on Valley Centre Drive next to Vons in Carmel Valley.

The sales person was informative, friendly and helpful. Helpful beyond any normal expectations because of unexpected difficulties bringing in an old phone, helping with the new phone converting me over from another carrier to Verizon and much in between. She works extra hard to make it all happen.
