She is the BEST and our dogs LOVE her. Coco has extreme separation anxiety when apart from Bella and he is better there they do their best to accommodate him and relieve his stress. They are so kind and understanding. Not to mention both dogs come home looking fabulous and happy. Highly recommend this location.

She even gave me a discount to what their website was offering. Bonus: she spelled my name currently and didn't even ask! She had them ready and waiting for when I walked in the door like this! I usually order 10-11lbs. of dry cat food online and pickup in the store, since there's a discount for doing it that way. I also have an online subscription for a case of wet cat food shipped to my house every 6 weeks. Stores are clean and there's usually someone around if I ever do need help, but that's infrequent.

I was honestly nervous about taking Trixie to a groomer because of the scary things I’ve seen on social media. It’s hard to find a place you can truly trust with your fur baby. However, Lush Spaw made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. The team explained everything they would be doing and even sent me a video of Trixie during her grooming session!
Knowing she was safe and being well cared for gave me such peace of mind. I’m so grateful to have found a place where I can bring my fur baby without worrying. Trixie looked and smelled amazing, and we can’t wait to return for her next appointment!

Fluff is an older boy, so having the same groomer each visit really helps keep his stress and anxiety down. Christian always does a wonderful job trimming his hair and nails, and getting him all gussied up. He’s incredibly patient and treats Fluff the way I do, like my baby.
At this point, Christian knows Fluff’s unique personality, which makes me feel comfortable leaving him at the salon for a few hours. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it truly shows in the quality of each groom. I highly recommend booking your next appointment here!

Our other dog is a high-maintenance rescue, and they are very accommodating and friendly toward him. Camden Pet Hospital: Hoge Jeremy DVM
4960 Camden Avenue, San JoseThank You Camden Pet Hospital for saving my Fuzzy Son Toby Cat. I can't express how much I appreciate Dr J. deciding to say that Toby is too young and before his major health issues too healthy for him to be put down. Tuesday, Jan 30 was the start of Toby's recovery and I owe my gratitude and thanks to Dr J and the staff at Camden Pet Hospital. When I woke up on that Tuesday I saw that Toby was even more sick than the prior days and I called Camden Pet Hospital to make an appointment for them to see him. I thought this was to end his life, that I would have to have him euthanized. I didn't think that CHP could save Toby for an amount of money that I could afford. To my wonderful surprise when I met Dr. J and told her the situation, fairly quickly she said that Toby is too young and healthy to be put down. She came up with a treatment plan that I could afford, around $650 that would basically follow what the other vet companies said they would do, treat Toby for 3 days, for a much higher cost, over $3000. The only difference was that I would take Toby home each day at 5 PM and then return him the next day for additional treatment to cure his urinary blockage. As with the prior 2 days, they continued with his treatments until I came at 5 PM Thursday to pick Toby up at the end of his care at CPH, and bring him home. Dr J. said that his urinary blockage had been cleared and the problem with his liver was fixed. All we could do now was to keep an eye on him. Try to get him to continue to eat and drink water. They gave me some special cat food, both dry and wet food for him to eat. This food was a urinary care type of cat food, Hills Urinary Care cat food. All during the time of his illness, I was praying to GOD to help save my Fuzzy Son Toby. I was so afraid I was going to lose him and it was very difficult to hold it together. I was a mess. That night Toby slept with me as he always does and I had the strong belief that he was going to eventually fully recover. From the time I brought Toby home from CHP, he slowly and steadily regained his health. Each day, his recovery progressed. He started eating his cat food and drinking water. It was not a lot at first, but each day he ate and drank more. Also, he started using his cat box. In fact, I set up a separate cat box, food and water dishes in my room as Dr J suggested. More major positive changes happened. He started walking around the house again. He wasn't just staying in my room. At the end of the first week back home, he wanted to go outside again. The things that really showed me that he was getting better is he started acting like my Fuzzy Son again. He was purring often again, playing with his sister Sophie cat, and looking at me like the old Toby Cat, full of LOVE and LIFE! It's now been about 1 1/2 months since the start of this journey and I'm so HAPPY to say that Toby has FULLY RECOVERED! Of course, none of this would have happened if not for Dr J at CPH. Her decision to help Toby, her treatment plan and the care that she and the CHP staff gave Toby is the major reason why he recovered and is healthy again. THANK YOU DR. J AND EVERYONE AT CAMDEN PET HOSPITAL FOR SAVING TOBY'S LIFE.

I called and the receptionist was so sweet to get me in same day. (It was for a drop off but I was totally fine with that because I knew my puppy needed the care asap) Once we arrived we were welcomed by some really sweet girls showing so much love to my baby. He didn't even care about me leaving him there lol he just walked on back there like he owned that place. Then I was called with the treatment plan by the doctor who explained everything so throughly and made me feel more at peace. We are now on meds and on the road to recovery thanks to Piedmont Hills Animal Hospital! They have now gained a new pet at their clinic! (Our previous vet we had been to only once and was not a fan- it was very outdated & dirty with blood stains on the lobby floor) and this hospital was sooo clean & modern!

There have been several times when they've been great about squeezing us in when our cats had various problems, and we've worked with every vet that works there - they are all excellent and so personable. We go here for regular checkups, cat dental cleaning, and a fair number of minor emergencies. There is always ample easy parking, the place is spotless, and I never feel like anyone's trying to sell me a bunch of products that we don't need.

Downtown Dogs – San Jose is hands down one of the best boarding experiences I’ve had in the area. I truly appreciate the level of care and oversight they provide—especially compared to other boarding facilities nearby.
The fact that this location has staff on site 24/7 makes a huge difference and gives real peace of mind. The team is attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with dogs of different temperaments. My dog is well cared for, monitored, and treated as an individual, not just another kennel.
I also really value their transportation service between locations. When my schedule is tight, being able to drop my dog off at Palo Alto and have her safely transported to San Jose for boarding has been incredibly helpful and seamlessly handled.
Overall, the San Jose team is fantastic. The care, consistency, and professionalism here truly stand out. I’m very grateful to have found a boarding facility I trust completely.

Ourselves and our dogs have trained and learned so much from both Diana and Dick. These two trainers were absolutely fantastic! We also observe the other training classes going around us. All the SCDTC trainers are top notch and the dogs and their owners both benefit big time! Sorry to say... but the owners need more training than the dogs ;)

11429 Clayton Rd, San JosePretty nice for the affordale price and a beautiful property. Almost everytime i got my dog back, he was bathed and groomed. My only critique is that i have never been able to see photos of what the inside where the dogs actually is, which is a little concerning. Other than that, for the affordable price, pretty good place to leave your dog.

The eggplant and green beans were especially delicious, and the dry pot had a great variety of vegetables with a nice spicy kick. Portions were generous and the food felt authentic and satisfying. Great selection of pastries and aesthetic ambience.
The only down side I've found, so far 2/3 times I've got espresso its been under extracted (sharp sour tasting). Which should be fine for most people, as it is only desernable in espresso or espresso forward drinks (up to cappuccino).

2200 Eastridge Loop Spc 1076, San JoseMe and my husband have been going here for years and love the experience every time. The cats are very playful and friendly. The play area is divided into sections for each group and they usually will bring kittens to you. We even adopted here; the process was simple and the staff were able to address our questions during the adoption. Tuna is doing very well at home.
