Associates were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of their products. When asked questions, if they did not have an immediate answer, they researched it further, finding resolve. The store was clean, well organized/stocked. Additionally they carry Nulo dog food! Our personal favorite! From beginning to end the experience was pleasant. Check out was a breeze! The cashier was friendly, professional, and patient, a real plus for seniors! I highly recommend Petco Santa Clara!

500 Madison St, Santa ClaraI’m so happy I was able to book an appointment with them again! I used to bring my dog here since he was a puppy, but after moving out of state we had to stop. Now that we’re back, I’m reminded why I loved this place so much. The team is always so friendly and professional, and they make the whole experience stress-free. My dog usually gets nervous at other places, but here he was calm and comfortable. He came out looking great, smelling amazing, and clearly well taken care of. I also appreciated how easy communication was—they texted me when he was ready, and the whole process from payment to pick-up was simple and smooth. Highly recommend!

2373 Pruneridge Ave #4, Santa ClaraOur Golden Treasure is greeted and treated with welcoming care. Since our first visit to Paws Palace a couple years ago I would not consider another place. She has a proper sanitary trim, nails, ears check and never looks scalped. She loves her tub bath at home ever since her first on a very hot day.

Being new to the Bay Area back then I had no references regarding pet boarding around the area, reached out to a few places with little to no luck, The owner at A Pet Villa got back to me right away and was super helpful and accommodating, it was such a great first experience that I have been their loyal customer since.
My babies love going there for day care and boarding, that just tells me they are treated good while in their care.

Good Grief Pet Care

She’s not only extremely informative but she also inspired me and brought out the pack leader in me . I would trust her with my furbabies implicitly and I highly recommend anyone looking for a real dog behaviorist to give Jimi a call you won’t regret it!

The Date Delight Wrap was fantastic — such a great combination of flavors and textures — and the Blazing Bird Salad was equally delicious. You can really taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients.
The dressings deserve a special mention because they are absolutely delicious and really bring everything together. It’s refreshing to find a place where healthy food doesn’t feel boring or like you’re sacrificing flavor.
Definitely a place I’ll be I’m tearing from again…

Very cool ambiance inside and friendly, graceful service.

This location had both. Typically I would give in and out five Stars based on their burgers alone. however I experienced a minor food quality issue with the overly salted fries. Was able to cover it up a bit with a bit of raw onion from my burger and an extra packet of spread
