Now that we’re back, I’m reminded why I loved this place so much. The team is always so friendly and professional, and they make the whole experience stress-free. My dog usually gets nervous at other places, but here he was calm and comfortable. He came out looking great, smelling amazing, and clearly well taken care of. I also appreciated how easy communication was—they texted me when he was ready, and the whole process from payment to pick-up was simple and smooth. Highly recommend!

Paws Palace
2373 Pruneridge Ave #4, Santa ClaraOur Golden Treasure is greeted and treated with welcoming care. Since our first visit to Paws Palace a couple years ago I would not consider another place. She has a proper sanitary trim, nails, ears check and never looks scalped. She loves her tub bath at home ever since her first on a very hot day.

I will say, the price was a little steep for the type of meat and ingredients and the menu was pretty well-thought out but random. Not so cohesive of a menu it felt. But I really appreciated the creativity and the fact that this restaurant is serving foods like smoked
chicken gizzards for the more refined palate; there were provoking plates that deserve applaud.
The wine pairing was worth adding. 3/4 pairings were outstanding.
The ambiance was also homey but elevated, if I could turn my living space into this room I would. I think this was my favorite part of the restaurant. It was definitely a haven!
The service was neutral and rushed, but zero complaints whatsoever. Their policy of 48h cancellation is (as a customer) unreasonable, but they typically waive it if you are a first-time customer.

It sounds like an unusual combination, but the sweetness of the pear paired perfectly with the rich, slightly tangy blue cheese. It was creative, balanced, and unlike anything I’ve had before.
The ice cream itself was smooth, creamy, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. It’s always exciting to find a place that’s willing to try interesting flavors and execute them well.
Great service, great atmosphere, and fantastic ice cream. I’ll definitely be back to try more flavors!

We opted for the Supreme menu since our favorite broth is the Sweet Tomato and Tom Yum Tonkatsu. They have over 25+ options for toppings and they have a decent selection of meat compared to other hot pot places. They also have a decent selection of drinks. Service was pretty quick and attentive especially whenever we submitted another round of meats.
