“Mason, the store manager working today was so helpful. I feel that he went the extra mile to help me with a challenging and difficult return to China.
The merchant return address was in Chinese characters. I was able to get some of the address translated into English, but the rest Mason was able to translate in Google. Also, USPS rejected the address format and Mason had to resolve this by continuously reformatting and submitting the return address until it was finally accepted.

“I think we can all agree that UPS is a great shipping and printing alternative for many other places in a more smaller environment where people may want something done quickly and are short on time.
In my city, we have quite a few shipping locations for packages (like the 12x12x12 I sent out today). For me, this location is very close to where I live and typically has 3-4 employees working on prime shipping days. The process is quick, there's no b.s., and the employees are honest. The reason I chose this location today is because I wanted a dependable way to ship internationally - from San Clemente, California to Ontario, Canada. The package hasn't shipped yet (since I just dropped it off) but I have full confidence in this store and UPS's capable fleet of workers.
In terms of specifically this store, the layout is simple and the upkeep is very clean. Everything clearly marked and zoned-out into sections where customers won't run into much confusion. Great work. In the past, I have used this store for many things other than international shipments such as small batch printing and short-hand office supplies - mainly because I used to work in the plaza.
The only recommendation I give to customers is just be aware that the parking lot can be a hassle due to many other businesses needing the space, so be careful when navigating the parking lot in your vehicle and on foot. This is not something this UPS location can fix - this is just something I hope people considering when using the OCP at any time.”
