461 W 6th St Ste 103, San PedroI take my dog here almost every month for both services they offer, and I couldn’t be happier! The self-wash station has everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, other supplies, towels, and a dryer, making it super convenient. They also offer grooming, and I bring my dog in for a de-shedding on special occasions.

1030 S Centre St, San PedroWe have used Matt for both our dogs. Both dogs were special needs dogs and were scared of grooming until they met Matt. Our first, a little Westie mix, had oral cancer and Matt handled him with TLC, by making him clean, soft and comfortable. Matt was the only groomer ever who Melo wagged his tail for.Our new dog is a poo-chi mix, a street rescue from Mexico. She is afraid of all strangers, but from the first time she met Matt, she would nestle in his arms relaxed and contented. Brie has a wire coat and Matt taught us how to care for it. Her haircuts look great and she emerges from her spa experience soft and smelling clean and fresh!

It’s a really fun brewery atmosphere, lowkey local and good beer on tap. On the Tuesday trivia nights they have a food truck come. Definitely a great addition to the downtown San Pedro area.

The only reason I put a 4 for atmosphere is I'm pretty sensitive to lighting and the indoor lighting is harsh (to me). Outside dining is obvs a holdover from covid, and so is pretty utilitarian.

395 W 7th St, San PedroWe got our baby Vinny from Pedro Pet Pals in 2024. He’s been a great addition to our family. The staff are amazing people who care for these cats from A to Z. When we first got Vinny, he had a couple of health issues and Pedro Pet PALs took care of the treatment and were quick to answer all our questions as we were first time cat owners. Carol is an amazing woman who is very knowledgeable about taking care of these cats. She has gone above and beyond for our Vinny! We can’t thank her enough and highly recommend adopting for this rescue!

957 N Gaffey St, San Pedroit’s been about two months since i’ve adopted a Shepard mix from this shelter. my family & I had such a great experience here. the adoption process was easy, staff was so kind, and you could tell volunteers really do care about the animals at the shelter. i definitely recommend this shelter compared to others if your considering pet adoptions!
