The representative who assisted me was exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. He provided clear explanations of the current plans and promotions, which made selecting the best option very straightforward. I was able to transfer two lines and upgrade to new devices seamlessly. He also assisted with transferring my files and photos and ensured my new phone was fully set up before I left. Overall, I received excellent customer service and had a very positive experience.”

“Broke my iPhone 11 screen’s glass completely late this afternoon, and iRepair Cell & Tablets was one of the top rating repair store nearby. Since they closed Sunday (and it’s Saturday today), I called to make sure they have part and can accommodate my quick drop in. I arrived 15 min before closing, and the store owner (named Yama) quickly got me in and out in less than 10 min! He was super friendly in person, and also when I called him beforehand. My iPhone screen look and feel like new and as responsive as OEM part. Would definitely come here again if any problems with my electronic devices!”

It took a week or so to get the screen to repair my son’s Switch
Also seemed like they forgot about us , had to keep calling about when part was arriving, then the last time they said oh the parts been here for a few days.
Despite that, the tech who worked on my son’s switch took the time to explain what he did and I could tell he spent some time on fixing it correctly.
We are satisfied with the results”
“Robert was awesome he went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with an activated phone after spending 3 hours texting att customer service app people . I was frustrated and annoyed getting no where with their chat representative. If Robert would not have asked me if I had signed in. My wait would have been a few hours.
ATT needs more people like Robert.. He's very professional, polite, and prompt making sure his customers are not waiting to be helped a long time. There were 4 other employees that were on the same shift 2 of the girls were either new or just didn’t care about their job. Anyhow, I appreciate your help Robert!!!

“I walked into this Cricket store wanting to get an Apple iPhone for my personal use. I have a work phone through Apple, which I LOVE!!! The nice lady(employee)who was standing near the door asked me what I was looking for? I immediately told her the phone I wanted!!! She was knowledgeable and went back got me my new Apple iPhone and picked out a very cute case with pop stand on the back, with temper guard for the screen!!! The second employee was there to assist me also very kindly!!! Both employees were kind, knowledgeable and even helped set up my new phone with my old phone!!! They really take customer service seriously!!! Go to them you won’t be disappointed!!!”
“Rohan was amazing! We came in for a device change and an upgrade and Rohan took the time to help us and was super patient. It was taking a while to back up our devices especially mine since I have over 200GB of data and we hit a snag with switching my device to my family member not activating the new device but he stayed well after store hours to get everything fixed and us leaving with our devices up and running. Overall 5 stars for Rohan!”
“I needed a battery for my phone which is European version, not available in the US. He said he could have the battery in a few days, on a Monday. He called me first thing Monday morning and it was done by the time I walked the loop around the mall. Highly recommended!”

“Jurrell is a true asset to this store. My phone provider is with T-Mobile but, I needed a Business phone so I bundled At&T wifi, landline and a mobile phone. I tried to set up my mobile phone. Exhausted all efforts. I walked into this store and Jurrell patiently and very politely helped get my phone activated. He troubleshot all the problems. He not once showed any annoyance or aggravation. I have been with T-Mobile for many years but, I have to admit I might just change my personal phone provider. Jurrell I want to thank you so very much! Jurrell is deserving of my business and acknowledgement of such great customer service.”
“The service here is okay but they are always busyI just switched 5 lines from Tmobile to cricket.Abdullah helped me port over. I really like the service. Also I’m only paying 125$ a month for 5 lines. Sounds like a great deal to me. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the activation fee is high and they could only waive 2 for me.”
“This is an AT&T store where we received the best customer support ever. The credit should go to Mario. Hope there is only one Mario. We needed a new phone and my husband's iPhone was so old that there were several complications. It took forever to transfer data from his old phone to a new phone. We were there for more than three hours (painful long) but Mario was patient and kind to help us. While he was helping us, he continued to answers the questions from his colleague about other customers. There were several times a rush of customers coming in to the store, yet he stayed calm and attentive to ever in the store. Thank you, Mario!!!”

Helped me reactivate my old phone for the day then the following day help me with purchasing a new phone. She answered all my questions and went over the sales that were going on. After spending over an hour on the phone frustrated with ATT Help and the lack of knowledge I was getting, I made a visit to this store and was helped by the manager Kevin.
