“JACOB is a beast!!! He is so efficient getting people through the line!! Just days ago I relocated to the area. I needed to ship utility equipment, apartment keys and even get something notarized. Two days in a row I visited this location. The first day I was fifth in line. When Justin came out he just rocked through 3 customers in minutes!! He knows his job very well and doesn’t waste time. With a sudden relocation my time is everything to me and the respect he has for people getting them out quickly I have never seen at a UPS location. Use this UPS location!! If you see Jacob he’s got you!”
“Very friendly shipping store. They helped us shipped our 12 bottles of wine using Styrofoam packaging. Reasonable shipping and packaging rates. Would definitely use again. Unless you use the winery to ship your wine, not every shipping store has the license. Took us a few phone calls to find SRCP.”

Yogita is incredibly patient and has a good source of knowledge regarding any questions you might have related to shipping etc. She is always really friendly as well. Like most shipping places, it can get expensive to ship things but it is pretty comparable to most companies. My go-to spot for returns.”

“Very small location usually one or two employees working the counter at a time, and the line can be long during peak hours. They move through the line at a pretty good pace though . Customer service has always been great every time I visit. Plenty of parking , haven’t had any issues here.”

“Kara (spelling?) was fantastic! She went way above and beyond to assist me with our business not receiving our mail while moving between office spots. She showed so much empathy after seeing how depressed I was, and she asked for my number, and then did a deep search to find our mail. She then texted me to let me know she found it and that I could come back to pick it up. She not only made my day, she made my week, and possibly saved my job! If USPS has Employee of the Month, she deserves it! Such a nice, friendly person with exceptional customer service. I wish everybody was as caring as she is. Good job Cara, thank you USPS!!!”
