I have difficult feet to buy shoes for as they are very wide. I have NEVER been able to walk right in to a women’s shoe. I have been buying men’s tennis shoes,
Andrea W. Was helping me. She brought out several shoes for me to try. She was great! I tried several and they worked for me. I ended up buying 3 pair (2 were on sale- another added bonus).
I couldn’t believe that I had 3 pairs of shoes to take on our trip. Andrea was a sweetheart! She was sooo helpful, and was excited for me to have some new cute shoes. I am so happy to know that I now have a shoe store to go to where I know I can find a width to fit my feet.

“Their prices are very good. You get 50% off the second pair. They also have clearance section. Their clearance section is hit and miss. Last time I was here, I didn't get anything from the clearance section, but this time I bought 4 pairs from the clearance section.”

Example a pair non exotic boots go from $120 to an exotic boot that go for about $400. And their felt hat same thing. Quality is great. They also have tennis shoes and work boots. “Went in for work clothes. I'm working with the DOR case worker recommended. Went in told male employee what I was there for and working with strait to the point he was very helpful so was the female employee. Got the things I wanted brought up to check out he scanned everything printed a sales recipe for me to give to my DOR case worker to submit request got approved a week later went in showed paperwork sent to me in email. Got my items the had on hold with my name git the items copy of sale for myself and DOR case worker and accounting department. Was easy 123 step prosscess thanks W.W. employees. “I had ordered shoes online and when they were delivered it was the wrong pair of shoes. I was so upset. I went into the store and this young lady understood my situation and provided me the best costumer service. She was so nice and attentive. She explained everything twice to me because I got confused and realized after how much she really helped me. I was disappointed at DSW first but the amazing costumer service and support made everything better.”

“My red wing boot store closed in fortuna, California. And I buy at least a pair if not two a year and have for the last fifteen years. So you can imagine how devastating this was. The Santa Rosa red wing store was able to order me a pair of boots that were technically out of stock, got them a month sooner than expected. Then, proceeded to mail them to me straight to my house in Humboldt County California. I couldn't be happier, Thank you! I would do business with them again.”
“Anthropologie has landed in Sonoma County! It's located in the newly revamped and expanded Montgomery Village shopping center, conveniently near parking and the new Mendocino Farms. It's a colorful, clean, and inviting store...a little smaller than the Corte Madera location, but well-stocked with a variety of clothing, shoes, home decor, and gifty goodies. Local winery, Bricoleur, was doing a pop-up pouring event when I visited. So fun to sip and shop. I'll definitely stop in again soon.”
“I forgot the managers name, but i went there yesterday and she was super friendly. I wanted to purchase a bag for a birthday present, and the sticker had said “clearance”, when i got to the register the cashier guy said that they can’t honor it and someone put the clearance sticker on it. The manager tried to give me a $5 coupon to make things right for the misunderstanding, she was very apologetic and I appreciated her effort to make things right. I liked how proactive she was by taking initiative to give me a phone call when the purse goes on sale. You truly don’t see customer service like that anymore, i appreciated her being very personable and accommodating me to the best of her ability. I highly recommend 5/5 stars!”

She made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I wish I knew her name. All I remember is that she went to RCP and graduated high school in LA. He talked me through every step, explaining his reasoning clearly, and giving me the opportunity make informed decisions. He was honest, kind, and approachable. I felt comfortable asking lots of questions, asking for advice, and having casual conversation to get to know each other a little. The whole experience was dialed in. I loved the foot and gate scan. The retail space was clean and comfortable. The choice of shoes exceeded my expectations. And the service was above and beyond.”
