“I went into Heart and Sole and was promptly greeted by the staff. I explained what I was looking for and was brought out a few pairs of shoes to try on. We landed on a pair that I thought was going to work, but after I went home and tried them out on the treadmill the shoes were creasing into my foot. I brought them back the next day and explained I wanted to swap for another similar pair. Without question I was helped out and the staff knew and reassured me these things happen; As I felt bad for bringing them back. I landed on a pair of TOPO shoes with way more confidence after the great experience. Highly recommend giving this store a try !”
“I just left the shop and I'm delighted. I've never been to this store before but I'll definitely recommend it to anyone needing some quality products and advice. The Assistant Team Leader who helped me, Bryce, was genuinely one of the best I've ever encountered. I saw a set of shoes that a previous customer tried on and didn't like for some reason and they caught my eye based on the color initially. Bryce asked what I'm looking for and I pointed towards the ones that the previous customer didn't like. They also coincidentally were exactly my size, so I just tried them on immediately, and they fit perfectly. I then asked about the insole and explained my need for a bit of arch support, so he had me try a pressure sensor device that displayed the areas of my foot that most of my weight rests upon. He found another insole that adjusts the angle at which my foot rests within the shoe to prevent the weight from focusing in the areas that are actually quite sore prior to this purchase because my precious shoes did not have any support there. Overall I want to rate my experience here as a 10/10. Bryce had in depth knowledge, an analytical approach to my problem, and was very friendly. I'm very happy that I decided to stop by.”

“I was shopping for boots. I gathered about 10 styles from the sale rack, which is supposed to be self service. When the size didn’t fit me right, the salesperson immediately found me another in the size I needed for that style. When I settled on a style, I was picky about one aspect of one boot. She brought out all of the boots in that size and color, so I could take home the ones I liked best. It was raining and I wanted to wear them out of the store. She sold me waterproofing spray, and sprayed them for me before I left.”
