“I stopped by the Sephora at Kohl’s today with no real expectations — I was pressed for time and just hoping to find a concealer and color corrector that actually worked for me. I’ve tried so many and kept running into the same problem: everything dried out around my eyes and nothing looked right. I was honestly frustrated.
Then I met Celia.
She greeted me right away, and from the moment she started helping me I felt completely at ease. She was friendly, calm, and patient — she gave off such a warm, safe energy that I actually felt comfortable opening up about what I needed. She listened carefully, had the testers ready to go (knowing I was in a rush), and walked me through everything without making me feel rushed at all.
She recommended the Kosas concealer and color corrector — a brand I’d never heard of — and it was exactly what I needed. Hydrating, blended beautifully, and looked so good around my eyes. She also took the time to explain the differences between concealers, which finally helped me understand why what I’d been using wasn’t working. That knowledge alone was worth the visit.
Celia is not just an employee — she is genuinely knowledgeable, passionate, and good at what she does. She made my whole day. To her managers and anyone reading this: she deserves to be recognized. People like her are the reason customers come back. Thank you, Celia! ?”
