“I really needed to drop off a stamped card asap because later I wouldn’t be able to, so I went at 7am and the doors were unlocked in order to enter the lobby and drop off my card into one of the mailboxes. I am happy my card will be processed at the very first pick up time this morning 😃”
“I want to highlight Ranjan’s outstanding customer service at this USPS location. All the staff out here is very courteous in general but I only happened to get on Ranjan's counter for most of my visits. Her courteous, professional, and friendly approach makes every visit a pleasant experience. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel valued and supported, leaving a positive impression every time. I sometimes drive out of the way to this location as it is always a pleasant experience.”

“I had to punch my package into the dropbox inside this post office because it was a very tight fit and even though I was elbow deep in the box at one point & my arm got stuck for a few seconds nobody confronted me about it so I rate this Post Office 5/5 stars for minding their own dang beeswax.”

“This is by far my favorite post office. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making every visit a pleasant experience. There are rarely any lines, parking is easy and convenient, and packages are always scanned and trackable the very same day.

In the past I have always had an very nice Asian guy who is friendly, fast and very professional. I have never had to wait in line at this location. I do wish they were open more hours.”
“On the 1st of July, I had to send out a letter. It was my first time using the USPS by Jackson St, but I was truly amazed by Bravo. She was one the most knowledgeable, kind, professional, genuine staff that I ever met. I firmly believe she should be promoted, as she was taking care of everyone with the same care and dedication. “The post office has been around for 250+ years. Are you all just crawling out of a rock? Stop supporting AI and do some research on how to mail. It takes about 5 seconds just as much time as it would take the clerk to explain.”

“Wanda provided exceptional service when I visited this USPS location! I needed to mail some incredibly important visa documents that required a return tracking number. While another staff member briefly told me to just figure it out online by myself, Wanda stepped in with amazing patience and taught me exactly how to do it step-by-step. When I returned a second time to check on my package status, she was just as friendly, helpful, and patient as before. USPS needs more employees like her!”

“Had the most wonderful experience despite my expectations! Our carrier recently started holding our mail because our box was not level. Totally understand!!!! I was finally able to make it in to let them know our boxed was fixed and was greeted by the most kind face and was able to quickly collect my accumulated mail and restart our service. Thank you!!!”

Once I placed a ticket on USPS main website, this local post office contacted me within an hour and was able to resolve my concern within the next hour and I was able to come pick it up without any issue the next day! I was doing a change of address for my recently deceased parents and their recently closed business.
I had all the documents specified on the USPS website. The staff member had both parents individually forwarded, and the company forwarded while leaving the live-in helper's mail going to my parents house until the helper moves out.
Maybe 10 minutes for all three changes. Wow.”
