“Had an appointment set for fingerprinting and pictures at 10:10 AM, which is right after they open at 10 am. Came in on day of appointment and was greeted by a nice lady. She got my appointment ID verified my information with me and promptly took my photos and fingerprints all within 10 minutes. It was so fast and efficient. I see they also take care of postal and shipping needs too. I would definitely recommend.

“SUPER helpful and friendly service. I needed fingerprints for an FBI criminal records check and tried three places before I found this spot. The technician was very informed and helped me through the application process, and completed live scan prints in 5 minutes! “Here is my story.
I had 2 small Amazon returns (but only one in the original UPS box). The overworked (and grouchy) UPS store owner on Hollenbeck refused the one without the original UPS box, and mentioned they don't get compensated on this (as if I care).
Then the Postal Annex (at Homestead) put that remaining small package in a UPS envelope, smiled and shipped without a problem (and I know they don't get compensated either).
What a difference in attitude and in the service.

If you have a deadline, arrive when they open. The store is normally busy so please exercise patience if you shop or require copy/print services after 10AM. I came across her print shop while living near the Burbank area of San Jose and after moving across town, I decided to continue doing business with her. I primarily use the services at Cal Printing for flyers and whenever there's a format/ sizing issue, Manuela checks, communicates, and adjusts our files to help produce a better end-product. To summarize, Cal Printing offers the personable experience of a mom & pop shop but delivers high quality product on a commercial level. 10 out of 10 would recommend! *Side note: I have a close friend who works at the print shop two doors down from Manuela, however, the customer experience at Cal-Printing is imo so much better.”
