“I’ve been coming to A&M Center for a while now, and they are hands down the best shipping spot in the area. Dealing with the regular post office lines is always a headache, but here it’s incredibly fast and smooth. They let you compare UPS, FedEx, and DHL all in one place so you always know you're getting the best option. The staff is always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cares about getting your stuff safely where it needs to go. Highly recommend supporting this local business!”

“Store has what you need. Parking out front can be a challenge. Store is on west side of street going southbound. UPS Store is tucked in amongst other retail store fronts. There is a parking lot across the street. Plus a parking area adjacent to the post office. Staff has always been courteous, efficient and professional.”

“My UPS agents Rebecca & Dana at The UPS Store #6261 Santa Rosa are awesome. They helped me package everything to Minnesota in a huge box and assisted me tremendously from making copies and certifying and mailing very important documents that I had to turn in time sensitive and gave me the best price on the products. They truly know their product knowledge & are so professional while maintaining the most friendliest of personalities. I will not go to any other UPS store but this store. I left with peace of mind that I had sent my important documents safely and well processed by these two great employees. Thank you so much!”

“Absolutely love this location for returns. Yogita is incredibly patient and has a good source of knowledge regarding any questions you might have related to shipping etc. She is always really friendly as well. Like most shipping places, it can get expensive to ship things but it is pretty comparable to most companies. My go-to spot for returns.”

“This UPS store has very knowledgeable staff, especially the lead person. Especially when it comes to international shipping, it's gotten very tricky and the staff at this store seems to know how to avoid problems and work with the new conditions so your stuff will get through customs and to the destination. I've used their other services, but this time I learned that their depth of experience with complicated mailings makes a real difference.”

“(UPDATED) I came in on Tuesday the 13th, (there was a new girl here with amazing redish hair) no name tag and no name on the receipt but she was very appealing to me, she greeted me as I entered the store, she was extremely helpful and polite and offered me grace as I pulled up my Amazon code as it took longer then normal for me due to my service.. but I wanted to thank her again and let her boss know how amazing she is in customer service as a young lady ? ahhh I wanted to update this because I found out the young ladies name.. S/O to Lilyana and to Richard; they are so helpful and so sweet, I came in emotional and crying the other day and Richard was so amazing and helpful. Thank you for having such a great team…”
