“(UPDATED) I came in on Tuesday the 13th, (there was a new girl here with amazing redish hair) no name tag and no name on the receipt but she was very appealing to me, she greeted me as I entered the store, she was extremely helpful and polite and offered me grace as I pulled up my Amazon code as it took longer then normal for me due to my service.. but I wanted to thank her again and let her boss know how amazing she is in customer service as a young lady ? ahhh I wanted to update this because I found out the young ladies name.. S/O to Lilyana and to Richard; they are so helpful and so sweet, I came in emotional and crying the other day and Richard was so amazing and helpful. Thank you for having such a great team…”

“This is such a charming little spot on South Main Street! I’ve been coming here for years to send packages and handle mailing errands, and Susan and her team are always incredibly kind and helpful.
Most recently, I had to ship several fragile handmade items to family across the country. I was feeling a little overwhelmed trying to figure out how to pack everything safely, but Susan took the time to walk me through the best way to protect each item and even helped me find the right sized boxes and padding. Everything arrived perfectly!
It’s rare to find service this personal anymore. The shop is cozy, well stocked, and they even have some lovely fair-trade gifts you can browse while you wait. I’ll always choose this place over a big chain. ?”

They helped me package everything to Minnesota in a huge box and assisted me tremendously from making copies and certifying and mailing very important documents that I had to turn in time sensitive and gave me the best price on the products. Yogita is incredibly patient and has a good source of knowledge regarding any questions you might have related to shipping etc. She is always really friendly as well. Like most shipping places, it can get expensive to ship things but it is pretty comparable to most companies. My go-to spot for returns.”

“Fast, professional and excellent service. We had tried to ship out a large chandelier at a few other UPS stores including in Sonoma Valley (95476) and San Rafael. Neither store would ship it. We went to other shipment stores and were quoted very high prices. The Chandelier wasn't heavy but it was large. Not only were we quoted a price that was 75% less than at other places (Roughly, we paid $250 rather than quotes as high as $1,000), but the package arrived only a few days later and in perfect condition. It had to go from CA to IL. Everyone was happy. I will be traveling out of Sonoma Valley to this store in Petaluma for my future shipment needs.”
