“I was happily surprised by the efficiency and options for mailing by UPS. The customer service agent was helpful and friendly. I have been to this location on many occasions and she is calm even when the line is to the door. I imagine it will be out the door at the holidays. They have copy machines, they mail and ship via all sorts of options, they have packaging for different needs etc.My friend left her phone charger at my house and I sent it to her today. She lives 1.5 to 2 hours from us. She found me the best option via, USPS for $6.00. I will definitely return. Though, I hope there are more agents in the coming months. Maybe I was just early and they have additional help later in the day.”

“I went into the UPS Store to get a 2nd passport photo taken, as I was disappointed in the one I had taken earlier elsewhere The nicest woman (Ellie) assisted me and was extremely helpful re how to take a picture without smiling (the requirement these days: no teeth!). She added a flash and it softened the look completely with no smile. I was sp appreciative! The whole store was friendly and fun.”

The front door is difficult to open with no disabled access button. I'd go elsewhere, given the chance. This is a bad location, even for "normies," due to the parking situation...”

“Nice folks. Had a difficult package to ship. It was a very heavy motor going from here to Vermont. The associate had some trouble figuring out the insurance on it and I couldn't get back so I left it with them and the following day the manager called me back and got it taken care of. The package was delivered on time and my customer is very happy. The only downside to this business is that it's hard to reach them by phone. Sometimes it goes to the main UPS service center and it may take them a while to call back, but understandable with everything being as busy as they are these days. I will definitely use them again and appreciate the service.”

“Fast, professional and excellent service. We had tried to ship out a large chandelier at a few other UPS stores including in Sonoma Valley (95476) and San Rafael. Neither store would ship it. We went to other shipment stores and were quoted very high prices. The Chandelier wasn't heavy but it was large. Not only were we quoted a price that was 75% less than at other places (Roughly, we paid $250 rather than quotes as high as $1,000), but the package arrived only a few days later and in perfect condition. It had to go from CA to IL. Everyone was happy. I will be traveling out of Sonoma Valley to this store in Petaluma for my future shipment needs.”
