1095 Monroe Street, AlbanyToday was my new puppy and mines FIRST time using the Pet Wash station at this location and I just want to start by saying the customer Service I received today from Ashley was one for the books. She helped me figure out the shampoo and water hoses. My dog was new to the whole bath situation so he was acting a bit naughty and she came right to my rescue with treats in hand and entertained him so I could finish his bath. She was beyond helpful and just so friendly and nice. I will now be making this my new " home " pet wash place and hope to see her again. Really happy with the service I received today. If I could give 10 stars I would . Thank you again! I hope this review gets seen! She deserves a lot of credit. At least this old lady thinks so!

You will believe that Asian comfort food can coexist alongside burgers and sandwiches without it feeling like a 16-page Cheesecake Factory menu. Gil's ability to make conversation and remember nuanced orders by memory is frankly incredible. In the dozen or so times I've visited I've never seen him need to pull out a notepad even for large groups. Gil was also kind enough to offer me and my family friends a free dessert as it was my birthday - which absolutely made my day that much brighter. Overall, I hope this business can keep putting smiles on faces for a long time to come.

I got a special treat this morning and chose the seasonal cinnamon mocha latte. It was absolute perfection.

We got beef tacos - birria, beef tongue, and beef head/cheek. They are all outstanding in its own way. The quisadella is somewhat flat but it is still delicious. Take-out only unless eating at the bar nearby.

We absolutely loved it. They have Chang( rice beer) and it was amazing. I am glad we tried this place. Thank you for the wonderful service. We will be back for sure.
