2111 Portola Rd Suite A, VenturaI have had the armor heavy duty dog door that is compatible with my sliding glass door for more then a year now and I decided to replace the flap because it was dirty because I did not clean it often enough. I mixed up some of the pieces and was unable to reassemble the door. Hi Tech pet took care of me in a way i have not see in a long time!!! they sent me a video and It turned out I had messed up the pieces so badly that it still was not going to help me. Once I let them know they took a door apart in the factory and sent me images with the individual pieces labeled so I was finally able to fix what I broke. I will be a Hi Tech pet customer for life!! they in fact care about their customers!!!

When we first took him there he was very nervous and didn’t want to be groomed, but Ayu took extra time with him to earn his trust and make him comfortable. Now he loves going to AFP and runs right into his crate to wait for his turn. Ayu and Aaron are super friendly, do excellent work, and are very patient with difficult dogs. We regularly get compliments on our dogs grooming.

I went on vacation for 5 days and it happened to be over my dog’s second birthday. They dressed him up in birthday attire and sent me pics which completely made my day. I never worry about Nash when I am on vacation because I know he is in great hands! I highly recommend our dog house for boarding as well as daycare. They are fantastic!

I had taken her to so many other places over the years and would always either be unhappy with the results or she would come back with reddened skin where it clearly looks like it hurt her. Donna always does a great job and she works fast so I don’t have to feel guilty leaving Squish there for a long time. Highly recommend taking your pups here!

One is older and can't stand as long as the younger one who can be challenging when someone tries to groom her paws. She handled them both wonderfully giving the older one breaks to rest, and had no problem trimming the nails and grooming the younger one's paws. They look gorgeous, with a perfect cocker "puppy cut" (short skirt and legs + cocker ears and crown) and they smell so good, like fresh soap! I will definitely be returning. And both dogs were done in 3 hours total!! Thank you.

1998 E Main St, VenturaI have a senior dog. He's a 10 lb 10-year-old Pomeranian with diabetes who is blind and has a collapsing trachea. It was very hard to find a vet who would even consider taking him. But aloha dog grooming took him on and their considerate of his needs and disabilities. They get done very quickly so is not to put too much strain on his little body. And it's so fun going in there. There's chickens tons of cats. One time after the Ventura County Fair there was a donkey in there! You can tell these people just love animals!

4839 Market St, VenturaThe best experience, frankly. We took our cat here for gland removal surgery. Had been a chronic issue for the poor kitty most of her life. When the vet said the normal treatments weren't helping anymore, and the cat was stressed out everytime, we decided to go the surgery route. Wow, the place is quiet, serene. The cat did not get stressed out at all on the consult visit - she was all chill while we were talking to the surgeon. An overnight stay following surgery, then the "cone of shame" collar for 2 weeks. She's never been better. Probably gonna outlive me now. LOL Highly recommend Dr. Webb and the whole practice.

3986 E Main St, VenturaThe girls at the front were so helpful and happy. They had never met my dog before but acted like they knew her and missed her. The vet was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She wrote down the names of supplements I was interested in and was willing to search for the product or informational website right then and there.
I felt comfortable. My dog was comfortable. The vet was also able to diagnose my dog by simply watching her walk across the room. (Turns out she needed a pedicure-and didn't have a hip dysplasia issue).
I highly HIGHLY recommend this place. They also give your doggo many freeze dried liver treats to reinforce a positive experience so next time you come, you shouldn't have to worry about your dog being scared or anxious. They do an amazing job there.

6356 Bristol Rd, VenturaDr. Watson came to our home and helped us say goodbye to our family pet, twice. Her compassion, professionalism and strength helped us say goodbye in a very loving way. We strongly recommend that if you have to make this decision for your pet, it’s so much easier to have someone come to your home, where they feel safe and comfortable instead of taking your pet to a cold sterile environment.
Both times, our dogs were in our arms, in front of the fire place with pieces of steak in hand. It’s done quickly and with dignity. Dr Watson was so kind to us. She then took the dogs with her. We had the option to have their ashes if we wanted them.
We now have 2 dogs again. And when the time comes, we wouldn’t hesitate about who to reach out to. It would be Dr Watson.

853 E Main St, VenturaIf it wasn't for Moore, my childhood tabby cat would have died a year prior and my family and I wouldn't have had an extra year with her. The vet treated my cat well, and it amazes me how she's able to keep it together when creatures are going through a lot of discomfort. She also treated my boyfriend's friend's bearded dragon, as well as his own Chinese Water Dragon lizard (it's great to have a local vet who can work with reptiles by the way!) Karen Moore always had their best interest in mind and made certain the pet owner knew every possible outcome, as well as how things could/would work. She gave me peace of mind.The staff are also very good. They're polite, friendly, and always enthusiastic to help a client.I don't care what a couple of reviewers say. They're obviously using the vet as a scapegoat for their frustration and pain during hardship, because Moore did everything she could to help the pets either I or my husband brought in.

853 E Main St, VenturaDr. Moore has cared for all of my pets. Moore vet care quickly and accurately diagnosed and treated my parrot’s broken wing. He is healed now and has normal function of his wing. My bulldog gets regular vaccines and annual checkups and she loves the staff! Dr. Moore is very knowledgeable on exotic pet care and I trust her whenever my rabbit has any health issues. My babies are happy and healthy thanks to the amazing team.

The Fish selection and presentation of the tanks are always great and have never brought diseases home from this store to my tanks. I think where the store really shines is the vast selection of fish supplies as everything is always stocked neatly. Always have fun here

237 Parsons Ave, VenturaWe just finished working with Veronique Pineau of Sixpaws Dog School on our mixed bull terrier that we got 3 months ago from the Pasadena Humane Society. While he had no physical issues he certainly has some emotional issues that come out with extreme pulling and being over aggressive with other dogs. Veronique did a great job in getting him, Chance, calmed down and much more attentive. I can take him out now for walks where before Veronique worked with him that was impossible. He pays a lot more attention to us now and responds to simple commands like “sit” and “come”. We would highly recommend using the services of Sixpaws Dog School. Thank you Veronique.

She arrived on time and did a great assessment of the situation. She figured out that the dog has anxiety, and worked with the veterinarian to get a medication prescribed. She also worked with the owner - an elderly woman - to discuss barking and peeing issues. I highly recommend Ventura Pet Wellness to anyone!

There was a lady trying out samples of the juices while i was there and she couldnt stop talking about how good the santa rosa juice was. I highly recommend getting the dirty monkey smoothies. They offer acai bowls, juices, smoothies and cleanse programs. The employees are very sweet and kind. Free small parking lot. Reasonable prices. Dont forget to sign up for their reward programs as well.

Ambiance is good, they play chill beach music. Their thai tea is strong but not my preference.

472 E Main St, VenturaDan closed the brewery down for the Ventura County Sportfishing Club holiday party event. 60-70 members/guests attended. The staff handled the party with aplomb and assured everyone enjoyed the evening. This is some of the best craft beer you can find. The food was amazing and plentiful especially the short ribs. I would encourage a visit for some great beers. And if you are having an event, I would strongly suggest working with these folks. These are some of the nicest people you will find at any establishment in Ventura. I will be a regular.
