“Came into the store on July 22 at around 1:20 PM to return some Verizon equipment and the two gentlemen that were there were amazing very helpful and kind! The representative that helped me was able to figure out a mailing address that I needed because Verizon wasn’t helpful but he was able to figure it out fast and efficiently. They were also very kind and offered my kids some stickers. These two gentlemen deserve a raise for their awesome customer service!!!”

“My wife had a panoramic picture she took while we were on a river cruise of the Danube river. She loved the picture so I printed it with Artbeat Studios for her birthday. She absolutely loved it. She wants to hang it in our bedroom, but she also wants it in a place for everyone to see.The printing is very sharp with lots of beautiful color contrast.I printed on glass before thinking that it would be better than traditional prints. It was nice, but printing on metal with Artbeats is the best. I will be doing a lot more printing with them.”

“Definitely would print here again! James (owner) was so patient and gracious in helping guide me through the process to ensure my project was printed perfectly. He gave me feedback and pointers with every draft that I sent him until it was 100% ready to print. With his guidance, none of my texts/graphics were compromised/cut off. To top it off, he had everything printed and ready for pickup the same day! Overall, a really great experience, great products, and reasonable pricing. 10/10 I’d strongly recommend going with Minuteman over big chain office/printing stores”

“I had a personal project I had huge doubts it could actually work. Making my photography business cards but in Trading Card Games style. I wish I could give this review 10 stars tbh. Bill from the Fullerton location was the absolute most generous person I’ve ever worked with when it comes to customer service. Not only did he suggest, lead, and take this project as seriously as I did, but he gave me a free lesson of “Designing for Print vs. Digital.” If it wasn’t for this advice and words, this project would never have come to fruition and I learned so much from him. Bill was so patient and amazing, I visited his shop 3-4 times right when they opened, and not once did I feel a sense of annoyance. I personally hesitate to go to stores right when they open because I don’t want to bother them, but bill was so kind and I cannot thank him enough. He even went out of his way to actually try and print the cards, even though he absolutely did not have to, because of the nature of the design of trading cards. I was prepared to hand cut them, but he did it anyway, called me to tell me it was successfully cut. All on cardstock too. He even gave me a sheet to look at all examples of cardstock styles. I will absolutely be returning to this location for any prints and I recommend Fullerton Minuteman Press. The fact that Bill was able to print business cards in the form, design and size of a trading cards, despite all the technical complications this project had, I am forever grateful to him. And the price was SO reasonable for the amount of cards I printed. Thank you so much.”

“First of all, Edmund was a referral from a close friend of mine who has used him for years. I got several other quotes before my friends referral to Edmund. He was more competitive than the others and his explanation of the material quality he uses and the preferred technique for my van was super helpful and ended up saving me money. He told me it would take 3 full days and he got it done in 2. Safe to say I was beyond thrilled because a work van must be in service to make money! Overall just a killer experience and amazing job well done. Thank you again Edmund”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at The UPS Store, especially because of Val! She was extremely professional, polite, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I needed to send important documents internationally to the Philippines, and she made everything go so smoothly and stress-free. Val even took the extra time to help me get a discount by adding my AAA membership, which I really appreciated. She also assisted me with wrapping and preparing my documents properly for international shipping and made sure everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Val definitely went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate all her help. She is an asset to this UPS Store. Highly recommend!”
