“Came into the store on July 22 at around 1:20 PM to return some Verizon equipment and the two gentlemen that were there were amazing very helpful and kind! The representative that helped me was able to figure out a mailing address that I needed because Verizon wasn’t helpful but he was able to figure it out fast and efficiently. They were also very kind and offered my kids some stickers. These two gentlemen deserve a raise for their awesome customer service!!!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at The UPS Store, especially because of Val! She was extremely professional, polite, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I needed to send important documents internationally to the Philippines, and she made everything go so smoothly and stress-free. Val even took the extra time to help me get a discount by adding my AAA membership, which I really appreciated. She also assisted me with wrapping and preparing my documents properly for international shipping and made sure everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Val definitely went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate all her help. She is an asset to this UPS Store. Highly recommend!”

“Subject: Sincere appreciation for outstanding service today - SNA DHL Operations Dear DHL Operations Team, I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to your team at the SNA operations location, with a special call-out to Elsa and our local Irvine dhl delivery courier person. Today, your team successfully delivered a critical document that had a strict, time-sensitive deadline. Due to a missed connection, the delivery almost did not happen. However, instead of returning the package to the station, the team went above and beyond. They coordinated seamlessly to make a second attempt and successfully got the document into my hands today. Elsa's exceptional coordination and the Irvine courier's person willingness to re-route their day made all the difference. This level of dedication turned a stressful situation into a massive relief. Thank you all for your professionalism, hustle, and incredible customer service. You truly saved the day! Best regards.”
