1200 E Hill Rd, WillitsWe brought our two cats to establish care with Dr. Chana and could not have been more pleased with the care and service we received from start to finish! Everyone that we interacted with (CSRs, techs, and dr) were all so kind and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean, the exam room had soft calming bird sounds playing during our appointment which helped soothe our anxious kitties. The technician took our patient history and shortly after Dr. Chana came in to discuss our appointment needs. She answered all of our questions (of which there were many) and was very thorough. We felt heard and safe and cared for. We treat our pets just like family members and we felt comfortable knowing that their care is in great hands. Excellent quality of medicine and service, which is hard to come by in this area, and felt like a breath of fresh air! We made the trip up from Lake County just for this hospital and will happily make the drive every time.
